Several years ago, I had a seasonal site at the Shir Roy campground in an adjoining community and frequently got parts to make repairs to my camper. I have recently returned to the Winchester area and again had contact with this business and its owner. No customer or member of the public should be treated this way and I will never do business with them again.

I have purchased things for my campers over the years at this location and found the counter person whose name I think was Monica, to be very helpful and caring. However, my recent dealings with the owner have been been very negative. I will not be shopping here again.

I wish I didn’t have to do this but after two trips to this shop, we were still disappointed and extremely frustrated. We are first time trailer owners and it needed a lot of work.
Everything was fixed our first time there. Pricing was fine and the turn around was good. The customer service was great. But when we got it back the sink was no longer attached and the thermostat had been damaged. We didn’t use it for a few weeks and right before our first camping trip the stairs had ripped out the floor to the entrance.
We went back a second time and they fixed the damages and we also got a few other things repaired. Once we returned home, we realized the grill to our stove was missing. I cleaned up inside and found it behind the bathroom door with our DampRid tipped over on top of the cover. All the liquid had spilled out and soaked into our new floors. The floor boards are all warped.
I gave them two stars because the work was done in a timely fashion, pricing was fair, customer service was great, and they fixed the damages. But to go back again for more damages. There shouldn’t have been damages to things that were never a problem in the first place.

We had a reservation at campground. Our largest slider wasn’t going in and out. Big Daddy’s RV service department diagnosed ordered and replaced a bad slider switch and saved our vacation. As you may or may not know Campgrounds will not refund your money. Big Daddy’s actually got right to our coach first thing on the morning we were due to arrive at the campground. Big Daddy’s made the repair. We were able to set out on our trip to Newfound Lake RV Park in Bridgewater, NH. On time!
I call that TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Which is very rare these days. Now you know where we will go.

If you need RV parts priced very good, this is a place to go. He carries everything and also sells RVs.
Seems to be very knowledgeable about everything related to campers and RVs in general .

They did a fabulous job on our camper my problem is the paperwork and or invoicing it is a joke and when you try to claim it with your insurance company the way its done the ins reads it wrong because you have to pay for parts up front and thay list it as the very first item on the invoice so when you see the bottom line which is whst the ins co is looking at they dont see thst you have already paid for the parts and the other thing is they WONT work with your insurance either. Other than the paperwork they did a great job..

Although the incorrect part was ordered, I believe itwas an honest mistake. I got the part, and they were very helpful with small adjustments on the turnbuckle in their machine shop. I was soon on my way.

We needed some water damage and electrical repairs on our trailer. The guys gave us a comprehensive estimate and then did a great job on the repairs, including getting materials from the manufacturer and producing replacements from scratch, while keeping us informed of the progress. We would recommend them for any repairs you need on an RV or trailer.

I can't say enough good things about Big Daddy's RV repair service. I bought a beautiful camping spot in Swanzey Lake but the fifth wheel that came with it is another story. Had tons of problems but even during their busiest times, they were able to help me with all of the problems. I appreciate them for being fair with the pricing of the repairs as well.
