Zero stars purchased tru fuel 1qt. Size premix . Mentioned to person at register the Tru fuel is priced at $10.99 and that they are charging an extra $3.00 on a 1 quart container compared to everywhere else that sells the same exact product for $7.99.
Manager or cashier Shruggs it off and tells me "it used to be $7.99" but now its gone up. I told him it's still $7.99 everywhere else. He then asks me if I have a phone number for my account.....why would I want an account at a store charging an ADDITIONAL 37.5% for the same exact product sold everywhere else for a more reasonable and consistent price. Stores where I'm not being gouged like Tractor supply and home depot.
Evidently Aubuchon DOESN'T WANT YOUR OR MY FUTURE BUSINESS if older male at register can only inform me that ...
."$7.99 used to be the price it must have gone up"....I CAN SEE THAT ...GENIUS! Only your the only store who feels it necessary to make an addition 37.5% over what every other store charges for same item.
SAD THIS STORE HAS BECOME SUCH A RIP OFF.
THIS USED TO BE A GREAT STORE ....NOT NOW JUST THE SAME STUFF ALL HARDWARE STORES HAVE JUST SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED HERE NOW
...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PRICE GOUGING LOCATION.
I WILL NOT RETURN FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

I appreciate the ability to order ahead and have my order ready and waiting when I get to the store. The employees are always very helpful and even brought the new air conditioner out and loaded it in my car. It is this type of helpful service is what makes me want to keep coming back to Aubuchon Hardware. Thank you!

The item we couldn't find anywhere else (locally or on-line) for a reasonable price was available for immediate pick up. The store personnel were great, the process of purchasing the item on-line was easy and ensured that the item was actually available, not just a line on an inventory sheet, and the pick-up process took no time at all to complete. This store (Winchester, NH) is what a hardware store should be, but there aren't many of this caliber left. This store and our purchase both rate A+!

Friendly people had what I needed. Good loading area for a trailer, that back lot was clean, I wasn't worried about picking stuff up in my tires the way I would be at places with smashed pallets and stuff.
