I appreciate the ability to order ahead and have my order ready and waiting when I get to the store. The employees are always very helpful and even brought the new air conditioner out and loaded it in my car. Friendly people had what I needed. Good loading area for a trailer, that back lot was clean, I wasn't worried about picking stuff up in my tires the way I would be at places with smashed pallets and stuff.
