N.p.d. was so easy to work with and get my vehicle towed. The drive was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your towing needs. They will certainly be my first call if I ever need a tow again.

I have a 2016 sprinter cargo van I build out into a camper. Northeast performance diesel mechanics take care of this car so I can relay on it to give me months of good travel time. They punctual and responsible. Inco7nt on them to keep me rolling for years to come.

We have used this shop twice now. Both times on short notice and have been extremely satisfied. The office staff has been very responsive and eager to get our problems fixed quickly!! We live 40 minutes away and will continue to use this shop when needed!

Had a slew of issue’s with my 2002 7.3 diesel, brought it to NEDP and said fix everything, week later the truck was ready with lots of updates given through the process. Short time after I ran into another issue and gave them a call and was immediately given an appointment to come for further diagnostics.
North eastern so far have been very good to work with and have been extremely fairly priced.
If your a company, the turnaround and vehicle down time is minimal, if your a general consumer, they have been willing to talk through their processes while fixing the vehicle and make good recommendations.
5/5, this will be the only shop touching my truck from now on.
