Beautiful place, great service but looking at the buildings, seems lacking considering the history and age. Hope they keep up the property.

Lovely property and shop. They decorate the store wonderfully. You can see all the old mill machinery and history while perusing. I got a few old books and wine glasses. The staff is courteous.

Frye's Measure Mill is the last remaining water-powered mill in the country. Listed on the Registry of Historical Places the Mill has been in existence since 1800! Bring your whole family to come and enjoy the 7 room gift shop, treasures for everyone! Take the self guided museum tour and step back into the past...Take a picnic to the graceful waterfall and surrounding pond. If you're lucky you might see the resident Blue Heron. Take a peek at the old fire house and see the old time fire engines of our ancestors! The nearby Blacksmith shop building marks the site of Wilton's very first working blacksmith shop.
