Superb, world-class master mechanic. Brilliant diagnostic work. 100% honest and reliable. I'm delighted to have found Rich Howard and Mike. This is the type of small business that makes living in the area all the more enjoyable.I tried almost every other place across southwestern New Hampshire (Chesterfield, Westmoreland, Keene). There's no comparison to this shop.Work done:* New pressure hose to fix power steering fluid leak* New valve cover gasket (this was to fix a botched replacement job done at a garage in Chesterfield, that was causing oil to leak into the spark plug area which triggered various error codes).* New spark plugs (Spark plug job done at a Chesterfield garage was sub-par).Plus: I received a thorough assessment of the vehicle plus recommendations.Car drives like a dream now. The work was expertly done. And they took great care to assess everything and test drive the vehicle.I'm taking the car back in soon for a crankshaft sensor replacement and some flange work, as well as getting snow tires on for winter.* Excellent customer service* Superb communication* Top-notch diagnostics* Superior repair work.

They took my car in quick did a great job with my exhaust and Rear lateral links they're right on top of everything they called with any additional problems very great work very communcative place and very fair pricing honestly i recommend this place to family and friends.
