The current employee is totally incapable of doing his job, he didn’t even bother to check the serial number on my money order to check if it was cashed, so I had to pay for a new one because it was an emergency situation. But the worst thing is that he’s not even trying to help you, he seems bored, unmotivated.

This post office is so overwhelmed with staff shortages that the poor people that work there are doing the best they can. Kudos to the clerks out front who get the short straw everyday when they step out front to be the whipping post to everyone for stuff that is beyond there control. Be kinder people!! These people are doing the best they can. You are the worst of yourself when you don't have compassion or empathy for someone that is doing the best they can. Do better

Force people to move their mailboxes that have been in the same location for decades. ✅Use any excuse to not deliver, like a car completely out of the way. ✅Horrible cs when going to the location. ✅Great location /s

I am frequently traveling and have had packages shipped to local post office many times. I called the main number and was told address for this location. I was very disappointed to learn when I went to pick up my package that they had returned it without notifying me.

Missing mail priority, went to the post office 3 days in a row, was told carrier would verify my mail was not accidentally put in the wrong mailbox, and I would receive a phone call with updates. I have yet to receive a phone call . I NEED MY MAIL, I NEED AN UPDATE……….

No mail delivered for two days due to mail carrier being on vacation. Waiting on important packages that were out for delivery two days ago. They have since been marked "available for pickup" however upon driving across town to the post office. I'm told that they have "over 300" packages back there and the guy couldn't possibly go through them all to find my three packages that I've been waiting on that are time sensitive and he's the only one working there. Why mark them as "available for pickup" if they are not? Is the mail not sorted already anyway when it's ready to be delivered? Completely useless.
