Stopped in to look at what they were calling designer clothing. Had on sweats and sneaks, etc. since I had just been to PT. From the moment I entered I felt the saleswoman's eyes follow my every step. Started looking at the jewelry and the woman all but threw down the clothing she had in her arm and ran over to the counter where I was. She started aimlessly banging on a calculator. I was watching her and it was absolutely comical and so obviously an act. I let her continue for a bit. She never uttered a word to me while I was there. I had already picked up a brooch and had my card in my hand when she got to the counter. I finally told her that "I was, I was going to purchase the brooch and set it down and left. Never will return. Designer clothes - HA! I guess I wasn't dressed to her liking that day.

I was 3 minutes away from going in to shop but I wanted to eat my food real quick. Got super nasty looks from the lady working there 3 times. She made sure I was looking then give me a nasty face. I just turned around and did not shop. Lost a customer

Cute little store, wonderful staff! My 89 yo Mom is on oxygen and has trouble walking. I usually go into the stores first, to see if there is anything I think she will like. Haley was so nice and helpful, I couldn't believe how she dropped everything to help me search for something my Mom could wear to her grand daughter's wedding. We found her a lovely long dress. We'll be back!!

I was referred to this place as the luxury shop where the owner is familiar with prices and very fair at resale value cost. Neither parties must know what designer clothes sell for because I felt robbed. I "earned" back around $370 for: 2 Chanel Sandals (org $2600) 1 Valentino Rockstudd ($1200) and several items such as real leather dress, brand new denim and whatever else that was kept as I never received any kind of invoice. A Helmut Lang sweater was returned without a belt and Jill Sanders faux fur cardi with a huge rip under the arms inseam. The collection sells contemporary fashion and basic brands. Not sure it deserves "designer" status as stated. Owner seems to use the place as her own deals for shopping over the clients interest and seems to not have a handle on inventory and staff. I do not recommend this establishment for designer resale.

The Pink Alligator has been one of my favorite consignment stores in the area. I really try my best to buy clothes second hand and the quality of most places don't meet my expectations. The clothes here have always been in amazing condition and reasonably priced. The staff have always been so nice and helpful as well.

I was selling Gucci glasses here and they sold it and never sent me my check. I've asked a dozen times and they are playing games with me. I do not recommend you sell your things here because you will not get paid!
