I have been a customer of Simple Energy for several years. Recently had my furnace replaced, (Dan R and Dennis) were professional and did a great job. They checked everything to make sure the furnace was working properly, answered any questions, and cleaned up the area they were working in. The Sales Team (Jamie and Jody) and the front desk person who took my payment were all polite and professional. I appreciate what the company did and thanks, RS, for what you did.

Outstanding work on a tough job to replace our propane boiler. Gordon, Madison, Craig, Ricci, Jamie and everyone else involved did an incredible job, all while we were out of town. They showed great respect for our home and left us with a perfectly installed boiler, complete with an updated venting setup to bring us into code. Thank you Simple Energy!

We had converted our house from fuel oil to propane. We had them convert our electric stove to propane and our furnace to propane and our dryer to propane. They ran a water line for our new refrigerator. The servicemen that came to our house were very professional and cordial. They explained everything to us. They asked our opinion on where to place the new propane tanks. Where we wanted our washer and dryer to go.
They were nothing short of being great.

The guys, all with electrician backgrounds, worked quickly and quietly to install a condenser and three heads. It only took them a day and a half. They were very pleasant and very good about explaining the process to me and answering all my questions. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Great Haier Arctic Mini-split product and install. From Luke & Jody in sales, to Caleb, Jimmy & John B doing the install, the entire process was seamless. Highly recommend Simple Energy for all heating/cooling needs.

A huge shout out to Rick and Greg. They provided maintenance on our nearly 20 year old propane fireplace. They arrived timely. It was evident they enjoy what they do. They worked fast and paid attention to detail.

We switched to Simple Energy from Irving two years ago for oil and it was the best thing we did here in the Upper Valley. Make our yearly oil (pre-paid) contract which includes delivery for a set price throughout the season and also maintenance on the boiler that includes a cleaning. No hassles, great service, and one of the owners contacted me when I had trouble switching. He waved their requirement(s), sped up the inspection so we could, and been with them ever since. We have a System 2000 and it is important to have a certified vendor to services them. Lastly, their office staff is always ready to address any issue you have and make it right.

Many thanks to Ethan and his crew for setting us up with a new propane tank and piping- they were friendly, patient with questions, very efficient and professional. They even took the time to help us map out a plan for gas in our kitchen. We were also very impressed with the crew in the office who set up appointments and helped us immensely! We are thrilled to be new customers!

Outstanding customer service. Had trouble with a different company letting us run out on auto delivery. Contacted simple energy and the entire team was great. Very helpful staff from office staff to tank delivery crew and installation crew. Very good pricing on top of it! Definitely recommend calling simple energy, I think you'll be surprised when compared to your current company.

I have been a customer of Simple Energy for over a dozen years, for oil delivery, plumbing, electric work, furnace maintenance and oil tank repair. I have paid my bills and been a loyal customer. A few months ago, I called Simple Energy to ask that oil NOT be delivered as scheduled, as I had half a tank which would last me the rest of the season, and I could not afford oil at this time. I am a senior who lives on Social Security payments. So I wanted to wait till next fall.\nDisregarding my call, the company delivered oil to me. Now I have an outstanding bill of over $700, and I am receiving calls on when I am going to pay it. I have explained the situation multiple times. I have agreed to pay $100 a month, at a time when this is difficult. This was regarded as “not enough” and I was referred to agencies that help people with heating bills. Those sources are out of money till summer, it turns out.\nThis situation is extremely frustrating for me, as I have maintained a high credit rating over the years by paying my bills. Why has this company disregarded the wishes of a loyal customer and is now treating me like this? This $700+ bill is an affront, and I am going to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.\n********* ******

Three months ago my wife wrote a review giving 3 stars and was not happy with the lack of work. After the review, we heard from Gordon and he was terrific. He and his team worked with us and resolved the problem with the Generator. Because of parts shortages it took much longer then anyone could anticipate. We highly appreciated their continued response and their swift action to complete the job once the parts arrived . Special kudos to Chris Snyder who shepherded everything until the final part was installed. Because of their customer service and working with us, we are now giving them 5 stars. Thank you for working with us.

Craig is terrific!He is extremely respectful, responsive, and made a point of coming a few days earlier than actually scheduled to take care of our boiler problem.He knows what he is doing and I would give him 6 stars if it were an option.
