He personally met us on site and assisted with getting our boat into storage. If in need of storage anywhere in the Upper Valley, Appex Storage is the only place to go. Highly recommend!!”
“We had a situation where our faith group were helping a family temporarily store their household goods. The contract and move-in process was incredibly efficient. A week later, we learned that the family had more items that needed to be stored, but wouldn't fit in the unit. The folks at All Serve bent over backwards, on a weekend no less, to find a bigger unit nearby that we could transfer last week's move and fill with the additional household goods. “I didn't think good customer service existed anymore until I started renting a storage unit from AG Self Storage. They have done everything possible to make renting a unit quick and easy, and the unit feels safe and secure. I had to call them a couple of different times and I was amazed at their quick response. The unit is clean and they even provide you with a lock. I have a peace of mind renting from these folks and know my stored stuff is in good hands.”
“Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service.
My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. ? Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment.
All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.”
“I had rented space at the Lebanon, NH facility, and the staff has always been super helpful. On my last trip I had unknowingly dropped a wrench outside my unit. It was found during a security sweep of the facility, and since it was found in front of my unit they called and let me know it was found! Awesome staff !!!”

“We all depend on each other to return equipment when we say we will. In my case, the previous renter of the truck I reserved had not returned the truck in time for my reservation. The Lebanon U-Haul representative quickly offered me a free upgrade to a larger truck; however, just as we were talking, the truck arrived. The rep quickly readied the truck for me and I was on my way, only a little late. When returning , the check in process was very quick and smooth. I was happy to have the smaller truck for my move, as space was tight where I was going.
When you get a truck with a fuel tank that is not full, it can be tricky to match the exact fuel level before returning the vehicle. Lebanon U-Haul was very accommodating with my lack of perfection in that area. I appreciate that!”
