“I had a very nice experience with this bank. This past Saturday I needed to have some papers notarized. I tried to find a Notary at 5 or 6 different places in the upper valley, including my own bank, but had no luck. I was driving past the Citizen's Bank in West Leb and noticed the lights on and people coming in and out so I thought I'd see if they could help me. After a brief wait, I met with Branch Manager, Brian Cheddar. Even though the bank was busy that morning, and I don't have my accounts with Citizens Bank, he was still willing to help me out.
