Can't say enough good things about Nate and All Tow Towing... My 2020 Traverse experienced a full electrical & electronic shutdown on I-93, 100 miles from home. They were extremely helpful. Another tow service had come and didn't solve the problem. They were only there for 5 minutes. What I thought was going to be a tow for a dead alternator ended up being an alternator check, jump start, recommendation to get my battery checked (turns out I have a parasitic drain), and a brief leason on how my “intelligent 4WD” works. (I inherited a vehicle I know nothing about, and Chris was gracious enough to answer a few questions.) Chris was patient, professional, friendly, and honest. What else could a person want? I would not hesitate to call again.

One of their towing trucks cut me off in traffic, almost hitting me and the person in front of me. When I honked my horn at him to let him know I was there he threw his hands up and kept going. Please teach your drivers how to maneuver through traffic without almost causing accidents.

Chris, the owner, is the nicest guy! I was stranded in the mountains of NH with my Maserati throwing a check engine warning and not running right. My mechanic was 2 hours away, outside of Boston, and with snow coming no local tow company wanted to take it. Chris answered the call! He treated my car with great care and kept me well informed through the pick up & delivery process. He was extremely knowledgeable. After 3 (yes I said 3) different towing companies showing up at my house to bring my 2020 Lincoln that would not go into neutral back to the dealership, this company was the only one that could figure out how to get it on the bed! Really impressed with his knowledge and experience.

Alternator bust while driving on a rather cold Saturday morning in February and we pulled off in Warner. AAA sent Chris from All Tow (Webster, NH) to tow our car to Mike's Quality Car Care in Laconia. Chris arrived as soon as he could and was reassuring, efficient and pleasant to chat with. We were three people and by law the tow truck can only take two adults and so Chris called another shop in the area he knew to see if our third member could wait there for the cab. Then he drove our third member to the shop before towing our car. We were really impressed with one of his stories on how he recovered a car that was fully submerged under water (he is a former Marine and has diving gear). Highly recommend.
