Have been a customer since 2002. They are a great company with the best customer service people. Just terminated my landline phone service and kicked up my fiber optic internet service to 200mbps and saved $75 per month. Could not be happier.

Been having issues with our service after this company conducted routine maintenance. We followed their instructions to unplug the router to solve the problem. After a month of having service for half the time we requested Account credit. At this point the billing department blamed us and refused to credit our account. If you have other options maybe look into them first.

Don't mail payments they won't get there,the only way to pay is checking account no credit or debit card and customer service is extremely rude,especially Kate very rude and awful customer service wouldn't get there service

I’ll preface this by saying I almost never leave a review after an unpleasant experience. That being said,Unreliable internet speeds, DNS server issues every day, poor download speeds that rarely exceed 20MBs. Has been this way consistently for quite some time and customer service chalks it up to our broadband usage , despite the issues persisting when only one device in the house is in use. Refusal to acknowledge that they either have technological shortcomings or have staff that won’t go to meet the needs of their paying customers makes me feel as if it’s about time to explore other internet service providers.

Bad, just bad. This internet service provided by GSC makes me feel like it’s 2004 again, only thing missing is the dial tone when I try and browse. It might honestly be faster to try and send physical mail via pony express than send an email if you have GSC

Terrible slow and internet terrible. Would not recommend it ever. Plus pay for secure it and used it once after many years and they charged me $35 and didn't fix anything Haven't got back to me as to why I was charged I am waiting but paid the bill less $35

Choose any other internet provider before this one their 100mbps download speed plan is a joke it struggles to hit 20mbps

It'a a decent service, but why doesn't it include IPv6? Most places I know have had IPv6 for a long time, but sadly this provider is IPv4 only. Hopefully somebody listens and adds IPv6, as IPv4 address space is almost completely exhausted.

They over charged us for service & then got snippy when we wanted the money paid back. The management in this place have no idea what they're doing & resort to being rude to try and make you go away

I have the fiber optic service and besides having a mishap on billing (was billed for $300 back to back months (first one was accurate; it’s the only bill I’m responsible to pay since my wife pays the rest of them and kinda forgot ?).I see a lot of reviews about poor internet service but for ~1 year or so of using their fiber optic, we’ve been very happy. We use Hulu, Netflix, and I’m a big gamer/streamer and have never had any issues.I would have no issues recommending them to anyone. Also customer service is always very nice and friendly.Update: 4/8Since quarantine, 4 of us on the internet is too much for the lowest plan (25 mg’s). We moved up to 100download and 100 upload.Still very happy

Worst internet ever.... 2mgps download and not even 1mgps with upload. We always call and tell them our internet is really slow and they always have us run their speed test and tell us they will look into it further but it never gets better and they never contact us back. The most they have done is given us a "bandwith boost" for extra money, or had us BUY a new router from them. Still doesn't do anything. Internet is slow as hell. Will never use them again and I feel really sorry for anyone who does have them
