Have been a customer since 2002. They are a great company with the best customer service people. Just terminated my landline phone service and kicked up my fiber optic internet service to 200mbps and saved $75 per month. Could not be happier.

Horrible service, support is giving the same song everytime you call, been waiting almost 3 hrs now for an technician to get back to me.

Don't mail payments they won't get there,the only way to pay is checking account no credit or debit card and customer service is extremely rude,especially Kate very rude and awful customer service wouldn't get there service
