Service went down on Friday due to a lightning strike in the area. Couldn't get an appointment until Tuesday. They told us we were the only ones affected which was not true- it was a widespread outage. Service department told us they had techs on call on weekend but would not dispatch them. Terrible customer service!

I have had a bundle from TDS for about 3 years. Original reason was for the price. The price keeps rising, andthe customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My most recent experience was that they changed my phone number without my knowledge, and I am still waiting to have it swapped back to my number I have had for over 30 years…. The techs who have come to my house have all been pleasant and solved issues, but trying to deal with people on the phone is bad. Several times I have been promised solutions by the end of the day, which doesn’t happen, and I end up having to call back @nd start explaining all over again. On one recent phone call the rep put me back into the original queue.

Worst internet provider to available. If I could I would give zero stars. The customer service department is so rude. I was hung up on multiple times. Then I finally get someone named Michelle who refuses to hang up and just tell me how wrong I am. Hidden fees over priced services. You’re better off with a hotspot from you cell phone provider. Anything you can do to avoid this company please avoid at all cost.

I was attempting to find out what the password was for our internet so I could set up our cell phone. The person I talked to was polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She patiently helped me find the password on the modem and then waited to find out if it worked (it id). Thank you for all your help.

Unbelievable horrible service. Dont do it! On demand is a joke, cable never worked right, phone took 2 weeks to get figured out, internet ok... SERVICE unreal, despicable... they are closed after 5! Cant reach anyone. And if you do, they are rude and not helpful! Tech blamed us for the problems with the newly installed box and told us to call back " when we had a real problem " Seriously.!? 1 month money back guarantee... nope! The found a way around that one too!!! One problem after another. Yea, never again. Get it together TDS, you are so far behind Comcast you're not even competition!

Worst experience ever! First a technician comes out today and stripes our HDMI plug in on our 62 inch TV. Then when we notified the company RONALD TROYER (
[email protected]) calls me from a cell phone (603) 524-6761 is extremely rude, refused to give me his managers information and hung up on me. Then sales calls trying to offer me a $50 credit for breaking the HDMI port! Seriously? I want to file a formal complaint against Ronald TROYER!! I do want to say the sales rep who called me after was pleasant and she's going to request his supervisors information. I'm hoping to receive it this week. I wish I would've known about all the better business bureau complaints before going with the company! Day one of service and it's already a nightmare!

I will say, I am pleased with the service. However, a problem that I face is Wifi, as it is slow on many devices. But, at our house, there is like 20 devices anyway, so I guess I can't complain. TV works good too.

It’s been a couple years since we got the fiber optics from TDS in NH. EVERY week the system crashes 1-3 times. Tonight the Patriots game starts at 8:15 pm and TDS crashes at 8:05 and it still is bad nearly an hour later. JUNK
