I spoke with Makeda today <3 She was very helpful and was able to get ny account accessible when some contact info was incorrect upon sign up. Treat your call center personnel with love and respect, they're just trying to help the best that they can <3 she certainly treated me with respect :)

Reneice very helpful to me I had lost my code when my phone had to be reset and she gave me the code so that I'm able to access my storage unit now.
