The place is a joke. I just made my way to the meat from the pig I had them slaughter back in April and it's certainly not my meat. I've raised many of pigs but couldn't find a slaughter house this time so I gave the mom and pop shop a try and boy do I wish I just did it myself. They told me that it was taking so long because they were waiting on a vacuum sealer... (it took them over a month) yet when I picked up my meat it was all paper wrapped. Half of what I was supposed to get back I didn't get. I asked for the fat back I asked for hocks and noses and never seen any of it. so as far as I'm concerned they didn't give me back the fat because the skin would have verified it's not my pig. The meat taste so bad that they gave me that my dog won't even eat it. If I could sue someone for wrongful doing I would own the dump. (and yes it's a dump, there's more rubbish laying around than a damn landfill)
