These people are about as incompetent as they come. Several times I've been out of blood pressure meds because of the slobs at this Walgreens pharmacy. They apparently can't figure out how to ship medications to people, don't know how to fill basic prescriptions, have a hard time figuring out dates and times. Would it be too much to ask that pharmacy personnel finish high school?

One of the pharmacy techs is incredibly rude and uneducated at her job. My son had a scratch on his eyeball and we needed to get some medicated drops and gel. They didn’t have what we needed so we went back to the doctors to change the script. When we went back to Walgreens the tech said nothing came through so she can’t fill it. Went back to the doctors AGAIN and they said she can fill it, the doctor wrote a note on the prescription for substitution.. if she had pulled up his file AT ALL she would have seen it. She didn’t even bother! I told her my son has been holding his eyes closed since the night before and hasn’t eaten anything because his eye hurt so can you please look into the script so it can be filled and we can get him better, she laughed in my face and said she cannot contact the doctors to figure it out and she’s not filling it until something came from the doctor. (It did, she just didn’t know enough of her job to look). The doctor then sent over a full other script for a dose .1% higher which they did have in stock and she finally filled it. Talk about lazy and uneducated! If you aren’t a helpful person or at least nice.. then don’t get a customer service job!! There’s other places hiring for where you can stay away from people ??

Got an appointment online for vaccination. Arrived on time. Was told there would be "quite a wait". When I asked about time frame, was told between 30-40 minutes. Sat, sat, sat, sat, waited, sat. Finally was called up to fill paperwork out (mind you I had filled out info online as well). Had a gentleman come up and interrupt the person who was giving me my paperwork after 25 minute wait, he asked for walk up vaccines and was told they would get to him in about the same time as they quoted me with an appointment. Poor customer service and very limited services. Oh - and didn't meet their quoted wait time for the delay on my appointment time. From what they were quoting walk ups - not sure they treat appointments any differently than they do walk ups.

My 15 year old daughter today had her Tonsils and adenoids out. Got out of surgery at 10:45 was told she was getting her pain and antibiotics script as we left the hospital 4 hours later due to recovery time and to take them immediately at home . Got to Walgreens at 1:45 they told me " her script will be ready at 2:15 -2:30 pm because the pharmacist was on lunch" My husband went there at 2:30 they then told him the " pharmacist was in a convention and it wouldn't be done till 3:15-3:30 . " then my husband went back AGAIN at 3:50 pm and was told " IT STILL Wasnt READY BECAUSE HE WAS DOING FLU SHOTS" so he called me from the parking lot and I called with frustration because my daughter had been crying for hours in pain . They then proceeded to tell me that they had 6 FLU shots to do and they couldn't give me a exact time! after I said I would pick her script up and go somewhere else they then said another 20 min! This is uncalled for! Someone comes out of surgery and they need their meds right away and the Pharmacist is taking FLU shots over this! 3 times driving to the pharmacy is uncalled for ! I bet if this was his kid it be different ! I'm over Walgreens nothing but problems !

Horrifying experience in your store. Also called customer care. Went to the store to add money to my Green Dot debit card. Green Dot partnered with Walgreens to offer no fee if the money is added through the app versus swiping the card. No acknowledge during ENTIRE CHECKOUT. No have a nice day. It's in a convenient location but happens all the time. They don't say hi. Two people different from my ethnicity got smiles and how are you. Me no words would not look at me. I think the cashiers they are back in the day.
