I blew out my tire on the way back to RI, pressed to get to an appointment. I was towed here after Gavin stated he could get me right in. I showed up without the tire locking key for my BMW. After some creativity, both Jeremy’s (technician and District Manager), Gavin, Rob, and Andrew, worked together to chisel off the lug nuts, change the tires, and got me back on the road in time. Professional, hospitable, top notch service underscores my experience.

Brought in for tire change and a couple tpms sensors. Wife gave me some other questions to trough at them after they have completed the job. Even though they were busy, Andrew and Morgan took the time to pull my hyundai back in to look at parts in question. They explained that yes the part looked rusted, it was in well working condition and didn't need to be replaced. They could of easily taken advantage of my inexperience, but did not. Highly recommend them for all services. Thank you guys for running a great customer service.

We came in on a Saturday around noon for a severely leaking brake line. We were traveling back to CT from vacation and made them aware of this. It took a couple hours to have it checked as 4 of us (and 2 dogs) waited in the waiting area to get the free quote (which included other repairs I didn't want done). I was told by Morgan that it could be fixed on Sunday but after telling him I didn't want the other repairs done Sunday was no longer available for us. He told me to drop off the car on Monday. I explained I was going to wait and needed an appointment. He said to come in anytime. I asked what time they opened and was told 7:30am. When Morgan went in the back, I asked his associate how long the repairs should take and was told about an hour but he would double check with Morgan. He retrieved Morgan and I asked Morgan about time for repairs and was told "all day." I was shocked as I know about car repairs and knew this was not the case. I questioned this answer and he revised out to a few hours. I told him I would be in on Monday at 7:30 to wait. He said I should drop it off. I told him I had no other vehicle to do so and would wait with a book. He told me rudely to bring a thick book. On Monday, I arrived on time and was the first customer there. Another person arrived at 7:45 for an 8am appointment. His car was repaired first and he left about 8:30. Then my car was brought into the bay for repairs. It took about 2 hours (a bit more than I expected) and cost $338.49 (a reasonable amount). I was unhappy with Morgan's refusal to allow me to make an appointment, saying it could be done on Sunday then changing this date, and his overall attitude. The other representatives were very nice and helpful. The repairs were done well and at a good price. Overall, I might use this mechanic again if needed but not deal with Morgan.

I had a terrible experience at Walmart Auto Care and did not feel safe because they didn’t properly balance my tires. I went to VIP and felt so safe when I left. All of the guys were very kind, answered all the questions I had, and were very knowledgeable.
