I just couldn't find some of the staff, and one guy seemed to be working alone and was busy. We didn't bother him. Could not reach some of the shoe sizes to try on. Should put some variety on the bottom in reach instead of all the same sizes in reach when busy.

Shoes were ok and I initially thought the sales staff was nice until an employee yelled at a young man for helping a customer. He was not an employee, but was helping a customer get a shoe size and was using a stool. The employee yelled across the store "GET DOWN FROM THERE!" as if she was yelling at a disobedient child and came storming over. She could have come over and asked him to please step down and helped the customer, but did not. Her tone and the way she handled it was NOT good customer service, at all. Apparently, Sketchers needs to do more customer service training for their employees. The customer is not always right, but there are much better ways to handle situations such as these. I went someplace else for my shoes, even though I had a coupon for sketchers and it will be a long, long time before I return.

Like any Skechers outlet, it's not really an outlet, but rather a factory store. Prices are high unless you take advantage of the buy one get one half off they sometimes offer. And even at that, I can get better prices online at places like Zappos.

I really hate shopping for shoes. But I needed new running shoes so I went to this store. I knew what I wanted but one of the workers, Ariana, came up and asked me if she could help. I told her what I planned on buying for running bc my current shoes cause knee pain. She suggested a different pair. She seemed knowledgeable so I took her advice. My knee pain is GONE! Thank you Ariana!!

Staff member was rude and yelled at a customer for using the platform ladder to get his shoes because no one was helping him or the ten others, including myself, so disgusted I walked out.

I hate shopping for shoes, but I run a lot and my knees had been hurting a lot more lately. I was about to get the same pair of running shoes I always do, when I was greeted by Ariane (sp?). She asked if she could help and I told her about my knees and she recommended a different pair. Now my knee pain is GONE! She was so knowledgeable, and professional, I was blown away. Thank you so much!!

when i came in i was greeted immediately by a nice lady with orange hair and glasses,i didnt catch her name but she and the shorter lady with black hair were super helpful and were willing to order my size slipper and ship to my house. i will definitely come back, hopefully they will have sandals soon

Absolutely the worst customer service - 3 employees in the store and not one of them helped us. It was self service all the way. Oh wait - one of them told us that was the only bench they had to sit on and then after the 4th time I went back for another size offers us a shoe horn. Won’t return won’t buy Sketchers. Seriously there are a lot of choices and a recession coming. Your store deserves to close!

I was a very happy excited customer looking for shoes for my daughter's first day of 1st grade. Was very happy to hear that they had a sale going on. We saw white shoes perfect for cheerleading was so exciting I also made calls so others knew andcouldgo or i wouldgrabthem and they pay me back so I purchased 2 for my daughter then went and purchased 2 more pairs for another teammate. The first time I was there I asked about if I could put aside a pair of white for someone else in cheer to get following day. They go so fast and they don't always have just white at alot of places don't. So she said she couldn't very kindly I asked well you close at 7 could I then it's after the work day so no one else was coming in to purchase any kinda would mean they were only there from the morning till she was able to get there she said yes. So that's when I went back 6:45 ish and made another purchase and we had a different lady helping us she wasn't kind the first time we were there and was very rude not helpful at all I asked question and i could tell i was a bother to her i asked if they had any other sizes out back in a certain pair and very meanly NO!!! Saying as i should already know and again i was so uncomfortable because i wasa bother to her neither was she nice kind or respectful to me but also my child as well witch my child loves to talk to the people about how excited she was in all the store about getting new stuff for school tried to here about her cheer and school shoe but she was uncomfortable as well their were 2 other workers they were kind but when she went behind counter the mans additude changed and he too was no helpful or kind after but once she wasn't behind the counter his additude changed was patient and think he might of smiled. No one asked if we needed any help with anything I had to approach them to get help or answers to any of my questions then the women that wasn't kind the whole time I asked her about what sizes are were and what sizes we the shoes behind the kids shoes and additude right away told me that they were to big ok well what size dose this section start at im asking fir myself and 5 this was my first question and she was flat out rude and treated me as I was stupid and asummed I was asking to see if size 12 13 was in there assuming I was only getting my daughter shoes but I was interested for myself as well but she lost that sale I just wanted to focus on my daughter school and cheer shoes and see if the others wanted me to grab them some as well she could of been kind and put them behind seems how I was getting customers to buy with out them even being there I wish I was treated with a lot more respect the smaller girl dark black hair was truly only kind 1 there
