“Ya'll if anyone knows the ins and outs of how an auto shop runs, it's me, so I'm hard to impress. From the very first phone call when I talked to Bill, I had an idea this was going to be my next shop (needed to find a new one after moving to the area). He was so kind and personable when giving me the "run-down" or how this shop works. It was effortless to set up an appointment with him and he had an estimated price almost instantly. I was able to drop off the car before I went into work and they had it done before I could even get to a lunch break! The paying over the phone and the after hours pick up worked flawlessly as well. The real proof is in the pudding though: the product they delivered. Not only was everyone super nice and knowledgeable, but my car was back to tip-top condition when I picked it up! It drives like a dream and I feel safe in it again. I will not only be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on, but I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know.
