Really nice course. Condition is excellent and they are clearly working on it. Unfortunately a number of fairways were being punched and sanded when we were there. Very good value for the money. Only drawback was unfriendly staff particularly the starter who rushed off of the range for no reason in a very impolite way.

Fun course to play has great elevation changes with nice pars 5's:) I really enjoy all the staff and members I have met. They have a great restaurant with many food options for after the round. Would highly recommend the ribeye.

Decent course for the price. It's no Owl's Nest. The ranger was very unwelcoming . Got told to pick up the pace after 5 holes and about an hour of time. We caught up to the group in front two holes later. When we got up to #13 there was a group of 8 playing the hole. After we finished #13 we were told to keep up with our pace. Laughable and we won't be back.

Lochmere is one of the best golf courses in the Lakes Region. Brendan and the staff is amazing and so accommodative. The course is always in great shape and constantly being improved. The pace of play is great with 10 minute tee-times. I highly recommend playing at Lochmere.

Wow! What a great course! Don't let the club house fool you, this is a great course to play!Tee boxes and fairways were in excellent shape. Greens are quick and run true but have lots of ridges, mounds, bumps, etc. Thankfully I played with a member who was able to tell me areas to avoid. Pace was nice and quick with rangers keeping a friendly eye on everyone.Just a couple drawbacks. There were two short par fours that were an iron off the tee and then a wedge. Not my favorite type of holes. There definitely needs more signage between a few holes. I would have been lost with out my partner.

The golf course is in excellent condition. Scenery is beautiful. Fairways are lush. It’s on the short side yet narrow enough where you need to play some target golf with woods, water, and high wispy rough to take you out of the hole. I hit the driver maybe only 3 time, 4 at the most. The greens were recently aerated and sanded over, yet still running quite fast, possibly the fasted greens I’ve played this year. But they run true once you get the speed down. It’s a fun challenging track. The 19th hole is open for drinks and they do serve hot dogs and chicken salad wraps. But don’t go anticipating the Greenside Restaurant menu after golfing on a weekday.If you have not played Lochmere CC do so if you’re in the Tilton NH area. The entire staff was super friendly from start to finish. I recommend giving it a play.

Course is beautiful, but the staff working the pro-shop is outwardly rude if you have a young golfer with you. If you are looking for smiling faces and staff members that are supportive of growing the game, this is not the course.

On Thursday nights they have prime rib and it is cooked to your liking, the wait staff very friendly and professional. Go if you can.
