Just Maple is run by the Proulx family at Green Acres Farm in Tilton, just up the road a piece from Tilton School. The farm and surrounding grounds have beautiful stands of Sugar Maple, perfect for tapping for New Hampshire’s ultimate sweet treat, maple syrup. There is a nice little barn store right on the grounds featuring maple syrup, maple candies, maple creams, maple sugar, maple coated nuts and a host of other goodies! Just Maple products can also be found all around New Hampshire in places like Mack’s Apples in Londonderry, The NH Museum of History in Concord, Kellerhaus at Weirs Beach and Applecrest in Hampton Falls, amongst others.
