Bought beautiful glass from them in the past without issues. This time I bought a beautiful piece made in Connecticut, inspected it in the store and seemed fine. Got it in natural light outside after purchasing it and noticed the whole stem is cracked around 80% of the circumference. Brought it back in the store 8 minutes later and was told tough luck and to contact the glass blower for help. Terrible customer service. I appreciate the $80 broken glass. Slimy business practice, very unhappy. 10/10 would not recommend.
