Continental Breakfast was a joke. A few cold breakfast sandwiches that you heat yourself. And I think the juice dispenser was was a show model that had unusable buttons. So it was a couple bananas, coffee, and dry cereal. The room wasn't too bad. The tv is an ancient LCD 24 inch which was kind of hard to view from across the room. I haven't been able to match any picture on the site with anything here. We were told 2 kings, got 2 queens. The site said a price, but it ended up being about $40 more. We were even charged for a service animal. The only nice thing was the hot indian receptionist. Two days is my max for the Econo. Tent camping is better.
Rooms: Nope. Beware. If you read any review about this place and you stay, then don't complain.

A friend grabbed the room for us because of the cost. Couldn't even get a drink from the soda machine. Completely empty I had to leave and find a store at 10pm.

Was told over phone they were "pet friendly". When we arrived we were told " dogs okay, NO cats! Our little, litter box trained kitten was turned away but a large aggressive dog, " no problem ". Poor cat had to be boarded at vet's that night.

Mirrors are not hung with proper mountings, they used sheetrock screws with no anchors. A large mirror fell off the wall and landed on my year and a half old daughter. When we told management they said we were lieing that it missed her. I asked what they could even suggest that and asked if there are cameras in the rooms, the woman said "I didn't say that". Well we found a camera in the ceiling vent in room 103. They also do not service the rooms unless you stay for 3 days or longer. Will be contacting a lawyer.
Safety: Not safe

Room paid for in advance × 2 Days>through Travelocity.
Upon immed. Entering room= Had to thoroughly clean entire room. It took 2+ hrs to clean {*top to bottom*}~includ. furniture, bed & bathroom.
*Linens dirty.
*Dust>inches thick.
Thoroughly cleaned again just prior to check-out. Staff stated they would need to check my room & When waiting to do so with staff>I was told I could leave: It was fine~
~30 min. after checking-out: STAFF took $100 from my Checking; but can't remember doing it or why. No explanation!!! & yelled at us for no reason. Even cont yelling when I said it was unnecessary. I'm disgusted!

The place is what it is, remember you get what you pay for, rooms are decent but the one thing I thought would of been decent was the breakfast, and it was horrible nothing fresh all frozen or microwave meals.

To start, hotel on the outside is horrible, dirty, moldy, and rotting wood. As we were unloading our vehicle 2 drug addicts weresmoking something other than weed, they were all buggy eyed and picking at their arms so odds are it was meth or crack. Once we entered the room it smelled moldy and like someone smoked 10 cigars. Floors were dirty as hell and I wont even go into what the bathroom looked like. Needless to say we immediately checked out and went to another reputable hotel. Unfortunately I lost over $500.00 but you can't put a price on your family's safety or comfortability........DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.......DO NOT STAY AT THAT HHOTEL.

The only good thing about this hotel is the young lady that checked us in on Friday September 29, 2023 was very nice and she was extremely polite. Check out was extremely different, there was no one behind the counter and a man sitting in the lobby talking on the phone snapped and yelled at my wife to just leave the key on the counter. The room was hard to get into the door was swollen up top, the floors where clean, the furniture is outdated and the mattresses are past their shelf life along with the pillows. One of the beds had someone’s HAIRS ON THE SHEET along with something else (not sure what it was some little black things). The door that went out onto the balcony would open. There was what appeared to be coffee stains on the bathroom wall and the shower head was built up with a lot off crud and deposits so we didn’t take a shower there. The grout work in the bathroom and in floor is all falling apart. The finish work on the tiles throughout the room and bathroom is extremely poor. Did The in room coffee is horrible and only decaffeinated. The pool was not open and the overall outside appearance is run down. We did not try there so called breakfast because we where unable to take a shower due to cleanliness of the shower head.If you are going to charge similar rates to Boston then you need to step up the quality of your hotel. We paid way to much for the quality we received.Rooms: To sum up everything, this place is not worth what they are chargingSafety: If you have to get out of the room in hurry GOOD LUCK. One door you have to pull with your might and the other door does not open at all.Food & drinks: You have to leave the property if you want anything even with there being a spot for a restaurant on the propertyNoteworthy details: The young lady that checked us in was very nice and polite.

Worst place i have ever stayed! The room was super run down and smelled. Broken furniture, chipped paint, water stains, and NO HOT WATER! No way to check out. Told to leave the key at the desk. Advertised with pool and it has been shut down. Said they could call other hotels and we could swim there. Plus people partying in the hall till 3am. Would not recommend. Was overpriced for the particular night we stayed. I feel I should be refunded. Definitely false advertising.

The place was smelly and dirty and rundown. The television didn't even work well. There were fruit flies in the sink, and there was no microwave. I left one night early just to get out of there.

This place was not as described. Front desk woman couldn't answer questions because of the language barrier. The lobby and hallways smelled like a musty basement. Shabby carpeting and the pool wasn't functional because there was about 6 inches of water in it. When we first checked in our room smelled ok, musty but clean. When we returned later on from our concert walking to our room it smelled like backed up sewage and upon opening our door we realized it was coming from our room. No one to call about it. It was past midnite and the parking lot was full with a few guys hanging out around what we hoped were their vehicles. They stood out there talking loud enough so we could hear them until the wee hours of morning. Nothing was as advertised. We paid $170 for a room with a king bed and very old shabby furniture. the bathroom sink basin had a crack in it. I've never seen anything like this place. We really had no other option but to stay there. Choice hotel corp should really monitor these places.
