Great store but stopped by twice this week during posted hours but they closed early. Doubled checked the hours posted on the door and made sure I was correct. Please change the hours on the store front and website to update and prevent people from wasting their time trying to visit

I bought a shirt. I’m filling this out because I’ve gotten three spam emails asking me to do so. It’s a shirt… why do we need a survey? The in store “experience” for buying a shirt was fine but whatever upper level administration who decided they need a survey for every sock they sell has annoyed me with DXL beyond wanting to return.

Such a pleasant shopping experience. While on vacation my husband needed a warmer jacket. We were greeted as we entered the store, the sales person was extremely helpful with a couple of options. Thankfully they had his size (3XLT). I would definitely recommend the Tilton Outlet store. You have a wonderful staff at that store
