Came in looking for a couple dress shirts. Oscar was fantastic and knowledgeable. He took his time and encouraged myself to try on multiple sizes to ensure the fit was perfect. Excellent service, thanks Oscar!

Brought my son from the Tilton School the week before his prom. A lovely associate named Constance assisted us. She listened closely to what I was looking for. She found the perfect pair of pants and a shirt to pair with the blazer he already owned. He looked great and I didn't feel like she was trying to up-sell me. She was sweet and genuinely cared about what our needs were. Thanks Constance!

I would give them less than one if possible. Cannot believe the rudeness of the customer service associates at the store. Absolutely no way to treat customers. You're in an outlet mall. If you're a customer with a small child do not go near the store you're not welcome

Great clothes but very limited selection of colors. All whites and light colors. Didn't have any black or dark colored shirts.

They have very nicely made clothes here, perfect for my husband, and they fit him beautifully. The workers are cordial and helpful, I definitely will be back.

Sean was the one and only person working the entire Brooks Brother’s Store on July 5th. My two adult sons needed to buy new suits for the oldest one’s wedding in September. Though the store was busy and we weren’t terribly easy ( not exactly sure what we wanted at first) Sean was extremely patient and kind, giving excellent service that was very much appreciated. Thank you!
