Always friendly staff. The prices are great. I love the coupons available kits if savings to be had. I like the healthy snack selection the most.

Not a big fan of " pay-to-shop" type of stores. But we're giving BJ's a try. One thing is that alot of the food products are in such a large amount that it is hard to store the items at home. Sometimes the cheese is so big it won't fit in the refrigerator, and you have to make sure you can consume that amount or it goes bad. The other products like clothing and electronics seem to be on point with other stores prices, so no big savings there. Overall not that cheap and in some cases it is more expensive than regular stores...........

A large majority of my experiences at BJs Wholesale Club & BJ s fuel have been enjoyable. Little to no wait times lines! Good coupons and mobile apps. I do not like the self checkout. I feel like I'm doing all the work while employees stand on the sidelines and ignore their jobs. I'm forced to slow down while scanning my items, which takes longer, to avoid being flagged by the self-checkout for suspicious behavior... taking off hangers.

Large wholesale store with lots of options in bulk items. Many different types of food, housewares electronics and many more including tires auto mechanics that will help fix your vehicle as well. Great deals on gas especially if you have their capital one credit card usually save lots of money at the gas pump and plenty of deals and coupons to use in their app.

I purchased four tires last weekend along with an alignment.Less than a week later, I had a low tire pressure warning light on the dashboard. I went into the tire garage and explained what was happening. Their earliest available appointment time to look at it will be in six days. The young man did even walk outside to look at the tires.Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I love BJs...this BJs location is a bit smaller than others I've been to though and doesn't offer as much as other stores BUT the Tilton location still does offer quite a bit. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the store or about any of the employees I've encountered. I just wish the bakery was bigger and that this location had a full-service deli. The meat section isn't as large as other BJ stores I've shopped either.

Zero registers open. Yes zero. My wife bought a membership. I was looking for six items and gas. ALL were more expensive than if we went to Walmart, Market Basket or my local gas station. Ridiculous and very inconvenient. This place is useless.

Store is old and showing its age.The overall appearance is unorganized, cluttered, and somewhat dingy. The front end staff was trying to chase rats out of the front door entrance. I’m not kidding. The main freezer with ALL bulk frozen items (meat, hamburgers, fish, chicken, etc.) was broken; I hope they discard the spoiled products and don’t try to re-freeze and sell to an unbeknownst victim.Horrible experience. I’m letting my membership expire.

On a previous visit I had clipped a dozen or so online coupons as the item's shelf tag stated to do to get a discounted price. That in itself is not easy to do scrolling through 100+ items on my iPhone to find the items. Not paying attention until I got home, I noticed on the receipt that none of the on-line coupons were applied. But I let it go....that time! Today I go to the store and as I'm going around, the item's shelf tag tells me to do the same thing...clip the on-line coupon to get the discounted price. So I scroll through 212 items to find the several items that have coupons and clip away. At the checkout the same thing happens, no coupon credits. After going around with the cashier who's trying to figure out why it's not working, she and I go to the service desk. The clerk at the service desk informs us you can click the coupons in the store, but it takes some time for the coupons to hit your BJ's membership. She stated it can take15-20 minutes. Thinking we just wasted 30 minutes, the cashier and I go back to the register, she voids the entire order and re-enters it. But again no coupons. Not only is this false advertising, but ripe for a class action law suit! The service desk clerk expressed her frustration with a promo they have going right now where if you buy 4 specific items in the store, you get 75 cents per gallon off outside. She said nowhere is it say on the promo that it is not immediate or give a time-frame. Glad I did not fall for that one! I received an email yesterday telling me my membership is up for renewal in 30 days. Needless to say i will no longer be playing BJ's silly coupon game. Costco is a little further drive, but at least i know i am getting a good price without having to clip coupons that don't work.
