Extremely pressured sales process. Experienced radio issues in first week. NuCar took no responsibility blaming everything on VW, even though they sold me the car. Three months later and radio has still not been replaced. Was told a loaner would be made available 2 months ago and continue to be told they are ‘waiting on sales.’ Blame is put on everyone else (sales blames service, sales blames VW, service blames sales) but no one is willing to take accountability or assist me. They did everything to make a sale and that is where the service ended. I can understand they are waiting on VW for the part but if you value your customers you can communicate and follow through on your commitments.

The worse place to bring your vehicle in for service- they jerk you around , you leave with more issues than you had . It took 3 visits meanwhile you have to keep calling them to back in for service - GM and Service manager have no people skills - just all around bad service and bad management.
Stay away !

I went to Nucar of Tilton. My oil change took over an hour and a half to complete. There was no rush taken even thought I was with my 10 month old daughter in the summer heat. Less than 12 hours after picking my car up, my oils level light rang in my car. Upon taking it to Valvoline to be fixed the gasket had been pinched and I lost a significant amount of oil. Needless to say- I will not be returning ever again and I strongly recommend that YOU DO NOT TRUST NUCAR WITH AN OIL CHANGE.

in a struggle to find a car, and did a credit app and got in touch with Tucker Moore from Nucar! was incredible, got done on a nice fiat 500 lounge turbo with 59k miles and a nice warrant even ? gap insurance! thank you tucker! and I'd like to thank Jeremy kercheval as well for going to bat for me getting me done! I know the score isn't perfect but it well get better thanks to Jeremy and Tucker! I will definitely recommend them and spread the word, as I am going to buy all my cars from nucar! :) thank you guys!

3 Strikes and your out! Will never purchase another car from them nor have the do any warranty work again.
Strike 1 bad experience back in 2021 finance manager snuck a $4000 EXT warranty in my paperwork with out me knowing. Had to fight to get that back.
Strike 2 schedule recall work last week with service also to get my truck appraise for trade. Ask twice if that the did indeed have the parts which they did confirm they do. Get a call today after dropping it off that the could do one recall but not the other because they didn't have the parts. They also did a multi point inspection and said I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors. Which in fact I do not need. 1 rotor is questionable on the rear but the fronts are over 1/2.
Strike 3 Once i pick up my vehicle i asked about the my appraisal they said they pass my info to sales. I talk to sales looking for a number and that i didn't have time to stay and wait. Apparently they didn't look the truck over because they ask for the key and were going to do the appraisal then.
Just a super headache all around and not a very good experience
with multi depts.

Spoke with sales twice before visiting. Texted evening before scheduled test drive. Was told the vehicle would be waiting for me, and that I would be working with "Dennis". Drove an hour from home to test drive. When I got there, was told Dennis was busy. Handed off to another salesman. After 10 more minutes, was told the vehicle was sold. Classic bait and switch. Avoid at all costs. No apogies, just excuses. "There are many different departments, must have missed the sale".

Horrible experience! I scheduled an appointment through service department 2 weeks ago. Told them exactly what I needed for a part. When I get there not only did they want to try and charge me a diagnostic fee to find out what I already told them was wrong (Break fluid level sensor not functioning) It's in the note for the service appointment! They didn't have the part in stock!!! Screw this place!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience from the start. My brand new truck decided not to start when it was 95 degrees out and I had two dogs with me. I talked to both the sales and service managers who told me they didn’t have to do anything, help me out, or provide me with a loaner. I honestly couldn’t believe the way I was being talked to, specifically the sales manager. Guy even told me to figure out on my own and they won’t be helping me tow or transport the truck to their dealership. Unbelievably rude and disappointing experience from every aspect. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I took my kia to nucar tilton for a recall.it was a great experience. Ron Clark was my service advisor..he was polite. Walked me to the waiting room and walked me to my car when it was done..he even gave me a cold bottle of water for the ride home. My car was finished in the time he told me!!!

Overall not a great experience here. I purchased a 2022 Silverado. They wouldn’t budge on price after I pointed out paint correction on the metal quarter panel. The vehicle was either hit, or someone’s trying to hide something. The truck had a scratched up interior in the bed (I had to pay for a bed liner to be put in). I get driving and I have 7% oil life left. The oil change that was supposed to be completed was never done after being told it was done. They have addressed that and it’s being taken care of. Meanwhile the tires are barely passable by NH inspection standards (4/32nds) on both rear. That’s low for any vehicle, let alone a 1/2 ton pickup. No compensation on tires. This was a very “sales first customer second” experience. Old school way of buying a car. Would not recommend purchasing from Nucar.

One of the most unprofessional dealerships I've ever delt with, no salesmanship.. No idea how to deal with customers on an even remotely friendly manner.. I will never buy a car from these clowns.
