Everything from returning the lease to buying out our other vehicle along with getting an inspection exceeded my expectations. Matthew, Mike from Finance, Ron and Lauren we're wonderful! Such a great experience. I'd like to add that if it weren't for Matthew.Researching the best possible outcome for my situation.I probably wouldn't have come in. Due to Matthew's follow up and follow through and incredible communication we achieved all of our goals.

Although we did not end up buying a car from this dealership (we went with a different brand), we had such a positive experience with Eddie in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable, and prepared. Definitely one of the best sales and leasing consultants we've worked with across the board. If you're looking into a Kia, definitely reach out to Eddie!

We drove from Vermont to Kia Tilton as I had a great interaction with Eddie the Sales person. He was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were prepared to buy a car. However, that did not happen. We were extremely low balled for our car, we asked for a reconsideration, and have never been treated with such disrespect. The "manager" who had no manners and talked extremely loudly basically called us idiots and laughed at us for asking for more money for our trade. Claiming my husband didn't know what he was talking about and stated he wasn't going to work with us and said we could leave as he wasn't going to give us anymore money for our trade. He kept claiming how smart and savvy he was. I have never been more disrespected at a car dealership. I told the sales person, we were leaving and thanked them for wasting our time. If you are in the market for a new Kia, go elsewhere!

My wife and I were in the market for a Telluride, and based on the salesperson's attentiveness, we decided to visit them rather than local dealerships due to the salesperson's help however, when we arrived, we found that the trade-in value for our car was almost 7K less than a reasonable trade-in value for a very sought-after vehicle. We were called idiots for thinking we could get that much for our vehicle and crazy for thinking we could consider negotiating on the "Market Adjustment" of $1000 over MSRP. We were not given the opportunity to even discuss why I was asking for what I was for our car as it was based on real market data. We left promptly and made the trip to a competitor and were given more for our car than I was asking as this location and had a wonderful experience at the competitor. The manager at this place has no business working anywhere.

Love this dealership. Super professional and honest sales people. No games, no false promises. Great facility and inventory. Super wish we could've made a deal work- but my wife and I had such a great experience last night that I had to share!
