I wish there was an option for zero stars because this place is horrible. I recently scheduled a repair for my brake fluid sensor. It stopped working. Nothing wrong with brakes. Just a sensor. 2 weeks ago I called to set up the appointment and told the woman what was going on and that I needed a new sensor. Service request said on the appointment the brake fluid level sensor not working. I show up today at the scheduled time, not only do they tell me they want to charge me a diagnostic fee for figuring out the problem that they were already aware of, they didn't even have the part available that day. On top of all that the man claims I would have to pay a $100 deductible for my warranty work and tried to tell me I only had a 36 month or 36,000 mile powertrain warranty. FALSE! I have the document that shows I have 84 month mechanical breakdown extended warranty on the vehicle at platinum level which has a $0 deductible. This place is not organized and they should not be taken seriously.

Weirdly angry service center. I brought in two keys with fobs and mentioned I wasn't sure if they were correct. After giving it to the secretary I waited 30 minutes and a service tech said he cut the keys but oops, wrong fob. I wasn't charged because I thought they wasted my time and should have told me they couldn't do it. So far, nothing bad. Part II: bizarro world. I scheduled another visit this time with the right key fob. After 50 mins I get the bill and not only did they charge for the two original cuts but they didn't even cut the key! I go up and ask what's going on, this time the secretary lady gets aggressive/condescending about me bringing in the wrong keys to which I politely ask her to bring it down a notch. Then the tech guy yells to me..without any explanation..that I need to take my business elsewhere. W-T-F? Zero to ballistic in ten seconds. I tell them to be reasonable and that I am happy to pay for services rendered and pay for the fob but the tech guy walks away. When I say I have to go the secretary snidely says, "where do you have to be?". Any attempts to help guide them to better behavior was lost and further conversation wasnt going anywhere so I paid the charge and left. They lost me with multiple areas to change their behavior. The way I see it is for $20 I learned where not to go and get ripped off - as I see they have done to others.
Summary: I am a very easy going customer but that was rude/disrespectful, sloppy work, and totally uncalled for behavior. Don't waste your time.

Wanted to take a minute to come by and say if you're in the market for a new vehicle, go see Eric O'Keef! He is absolutely wonderful! He knows his stuff. Very passionate about his job, very knowledgeable of the ins and outs. He knew all the features of the vehicles and was ready to show them off! Answers all questions and if he doesn't have answers willing to find them! Was a joy working with him! Thank you Eric for my new Telluride ❤️

Just purchased a grand wagoneer here.
The vehicle was delivered with curb rashed rims.
A dirty stained interior.
And the managers and sales people are rude and unprofessional. Although your reply says you have tried to work with me you have not the time were brought up twice to your salesman and they were not corrected.

Recently picked up a 24 Jeep grand Cherokee L from Robert Briggs. He was extremely professional and responsive ahead of the transaction. When it came time to pick it up he was prompt, had everything ready and the car right out front. I had a great experience with MR Briggs and the dealership. Highly recommend working with him!

(05/06/24) My husband and I purchased a used Chevy Trax for our 16-year-old daughter from Nucar in Tilton, NH. The sale process was fairly smooth with minimal miscommunication as it was a cash purchase. There were flaws with the car, understandably, it is a 2019 with 80k miles, however, we were not expecting the check engine light to come on after only having the vehicle for 18 days (05/23/24). We brought the car in immediately to get checked (05/24/24). After waiting for over 90 minutes, we were told that the car had three codes pop and it needs to be sent to Bensons Auto in Franklin for further inspection as they don't have specific Chevy "experts" in the shop to address the issue. This couldn't be done for three days as we were into the holiday weekend. We requested a temporary vehicle so we could leave the Trax with Nucar to have the problem taken care of. We were told that the Trax is fine to be driven until it can go to Bensons in three days. We were not happy with this answer and in no way believed the car to be safe to drive (by our 16-year-old daughter) when there were three codes popping. Given no other choice, we left the Trax at Nucar and left without a temporary replacement. (05/28/24) No communication from Nucar so I called to get an update. The service tech explained that they were able to look into the issue at Nucar over the weekend and the service team there would be taking care of the issue (turbo and thermostat). The parts were on order. (05/31/24) No communication from Nucar so I called to get an update and was told the parts had arrived that day and the Trax would be ready early next week. (06/04/24) No communication from Nucar so I called for an update and was told the service was done on the Trax last night and is ready to be picked up. The service tech explained that they wanted to drive the car a few times throughout the day just to be sure everything was "okay". (06/04/24) After 11 days in the shop, my husband and daughter picked up the car. My husband requested to see an itemization of the service that was done to the vehicle and to have it for our records. He was told the vehicle was sent to Bensons for the repair and they hadn't received an itemization yet but would email it to me before noon the next day. It took 20 minutes for them to find the Trax in the yard and it was in filthy condition to boot. In total we were without a vehicle for ELEVEN days and spoke to SEVEN different employees of Nucar without being given one direct point of contact. The customer service was unprofessional and rude. Nucar managed to make my family feel unsafe and neglected. There was zero compassion and zero communication. The management team should be ashamed to operate under the chaos we experienced. We will NEVER step foot into a Nucar lot again.

I bought a new Ram 3500 from Nucar. I worked with Bri Hardy and would recommend her as a salesperson - she was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. The rest of the team that supported her were awesome too! I wish I had another vehicle to buy because I liked working with all of them - finance (shoutout to James Leclerc), service (shoutout to Josh Morrill), Ram Connect app (Harold)I’ll be checking with them first for my next vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at NuCar in Tilton NH because of the great staff, especially Ron Clark who was kind, efficient and really helpful. He went above and beyond to explain everything my car needed, and he walked me through every step of the way in getting my car back on the road
Thank you for being so nice!

My daughters Jeep was having a misfire issue and the check engine light has been on for a few weeks. While she was home from college on winter break we brought it to NuCar in Tilton. Alicia the service writer was the most pleasant one I have ever dealt with anywhere! Very friendly and informative. James, the Technician, did a great job in diagnosing and repairing the problem so the jeep could pass inspection before she heads back to school for the semester. Thank you for providing such friendly and professional service!

Could not be less impressed with this dealership. Our Jeep's check engine light came on and we stopped by and they wouldn't even plug in to diagnose to see if it was safe to drive. Said they couldn't get the car in for another 3-4 weeks. And we just tried to trade in our other Jeep for a newer Jeep and the trade in offer was truly ridiculous. Not sure how anyone could fine this dealer a good place to do business. They don't seem to care about customers.

I arrived at dealer for appointment but am told saleperson assigned to me is busy with another customer, I said I have no connection with salesperson and request any salesman. That ruffled feathers, the new salesman then tells me car we looking at online wasn’t at that dealer.Upon furtherinfo we found car there. Then he couldn’t find keys because the other salesman took them earlier.I wasnpaying cash and was told I needed to wait for four people ahead of me unless to complete sale. I asked to speak to a manager a gentleman told me he was a manager and asked me what the problem was and I didn’t understand what this line was and then he proceeded to tell me if he wanted to he could go in and tell one of the people that I wanted to cut in front of them because I am in a rush very ignorant of that manager. I said I did not want to cut the line and was not happy and basically he told me he didn’t care if I bought the car and I told him I’ll see you later and me and my wife both left. I am 65 years old and have bought a lot of cars. This is the most ignorant and unprofessional dealership I ever dealt with.

Only had interactions with service department for a couple vehicles, but had a great experience each time. They even have a little cafe inside that has some decent food for sale while you wait.
