“As someone who never really grew up around cars I am always nervous when I need something from O'Reillys or any other car place because I find myself commonly judged for what is simple knowledge to others inst to me.
I had to opportunity to work with Tom, who helped show me how to take out my old burnt headlight, find the correct one, explained the different brightness's, and even joined me outside while I put it back in because I was nervous about touching the bulb and getting oils on it. He informed me and taught me, and I was able to do the second one myself. I know to many it is an easy task, but it made me happy to have someone teach me.
Definitely recommend this place, they make you feel welcome and they want you to walk out satisfied. Shout out to my man Tom.”
“Work done properly but car wash was down so unavailable at that time. Not sure if any other work was done since the vehicle is a 2025 and may have bypassed the several point inspection”

“Made my appointment a few weeks ago and was not aware Walmart cancelled my order the day before my appointment until I showed up for my tire install. An associate by the name of Ty went way out of his way to make sure I got my tires done before a big storm. I’ve been on a donut for 2 weeks and it’s our only 4 wheel drive car. I’m a tad irritated with their corporate but the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. A+ for Ty and thank you for going above and beyond”
