“I have a home music system that just stopped working. Literally for years I was trying to figure it out. After a few 'specialists' and friends wanting to help couldn't figure it out, I called Cinemaesque Home Theater and talked with Doug. Within a few hours it was determined what was needed and within a few days, Chris appeared to install my new equipment. He was knowledgable and professional. Within a couple of hours I had music through all of my speakers. I could not be happier! Now it's the weekend. I find that I lost two of my sound in the kitchen and den. I texted Chris and Doug. They responded on a timely manner and got my music running again. I can't recommend Cinemaesque enough! I plan to build an addition to my home and will certainly have them install the sound system.”

They let me drop off my vehicle 3 weeks early and let me keep it there an additional week after the fact, and had my work done in just a couple hours for MUCH cheaper than what other businesses wanted to charge me, $210 vs. $600-700 for an intoxalock device vehicle switch. “I had purchased a new washer / dryer but didn't account for the placement of cord when stacking the pair. The cord was going from top left corner to bottom right corner on the floor. 6' cord was the largest cord sold by Lowes, Home Depot and electrical supplies. Insert DW electric who crafted a 9' cord and all was good. Thank you and will prefer your services going forward.”
“Small store but service is great. The 1st time we went the staff was in training. When we went back, our purchase had to be changed due to invoice not properly filled out the 1st time. Patience is needed in a small store. I would return.”
