I have a home music system that just stopped working. Literally for years I was trying to figure it out. After a few 'specialists' and friends wanting to help couldn't figure it out, I called Cinemaesque Home Theater and talked with Doug. Within a few hours it was determined what was needed and within a few days, Chris appeared to install my new equipment. He was knowledgable and professional. Within a couple of hours I had music through all of my speakers. I could not be happier! Now it's the weekend. I find that I lost two of my sound in the kitchen and den. I texted Chris and Doug. They responded on a timely manner and got my music running again. I can't recommend Cinemaesque enough! I plan to build an addition to my home and will certainly have them install the sound system.

I found cinemaesque after a bad experience with a "Handy" "Angi" installer that was unable to install two TV's leaving damaged drywall in his wake. We have a new construction ski home in North Conway that needed a TV installed on a floor to ceiling fireplace as well as on another wall that we wanted a flush look. Doug at Cinamaesque recommended to remove stone on the fireplace to make the TV look right. He was focused on making as "flush" of a look as possible.. I assumed it wasn't an option and it would be installed on top of the stone. Over the course of a week, Doug assured me he was comfortable with the job when I was nervous about removing newly installed stonework.. with the potential mess etc.. Doug was patient, gave me references and pictures of other similar jobs - all recommended Doug highly. We were on a tight timetable so when I gave Doug the go ahead, he was there within the week with 3 guys installing a 65" Samsung Frame and a 65" samsung 8K. Doug and Team used an abundance of caution while installing and removing stone.. drop cloths etc were everywhere. Doug even found a way to conceal the large 13"x3" samsung one connect box behind the tv's. (I wasn't aware of the one connect box when I purchased.. which added some complexity for Doug. He handled it unphased as a pro and figured out a creative solution. The finished product is amazing.. I can't believe how close he got the Tv's to the wall.. the Frame TV looks like a true piece of Art on the wall - not sticking out showing the TV mount.. Doug and his team left my home spotless.. cleaner than it had been before.. Doug even made sure the TV , Remote, Sonos were all programmed and synched the way they should.. Absolutely thrilled and told Doug to feel free to pass my name along to any future clients looking for references. Please check out these pics.

Doug and his team did a great job installing cameras with a 360 view of my property. The video surveillance system they installed provides a live feed you can access from your mobile device as well as high color views. It also lowers my home owner's insurance premiums. High end equipment and high end service. Big thumbs up recommendation. Wes

Hired Cinemaesque to ceiling mount my Atmos speakers and fish all my wires through the walls. The team that worked at my house was super accommodating and worked to make me a very happy customer! Can't recommend them enough! Thanks Cinemaesque!

I am the owner of a fitness studio in Dover, NH and we made a quick move this fall that required us to get new equipment in a time crunch. Doug was very invested in helping us get everything we needed for our grand opening in a short amount of time. His install team was very professional and responsive.
