Overpriced! watch out! look elsewhere to get service on your vehicle. Leon's autobody quoted me 1000$ less than Toyota of keene. Salesmen will try and squeeze every dollar out of you. Would not recommend to anyone.

On a road trip across country my undercarriage fell off and I was able to get a quick appointment and parts in to get me back in the road. Friendly staff all around and reasonable prices as a bonus! Wish my local Toyota was as awesome.

Total clown show. Salesman was annoyed bc we didn't want him to run our credit before test driving a car. Took us to a used car with ~100k miles (we said we were interested in new or certified preowned). Denied they had any preowned of the car we wanted until we pointed out two on the lot to him. Then he told us they charge $3000 "out of state tax" (not a real tax). My wife thought he was joking which made him mad, then when I said he was trying to gouge us he got even madder.Save yourself the trouble and if you want a Toyota go to Nashua or literally anywhere else. Else there is a great VW dealer down the road (we went straight there after this place and bought something).

I've been going to Toyota of Keene since it had a 5 star rating. When I dipped to 4 I thought maybe it's just bad customers. When my family, who are all Toyota owners tried to warn me about the eroding quality of the business I chalked it up to mob mentality. Now it's been at 3 stars for a while and I think today I finally understand why. Today I showed up to my pre-scheduled appointment at 3:00 for a tire rotation and a 15000 mile free service. I was checked in like usual and assumed everything was all set. 38 minutes later the service guy who checked me in comes into a room full of people to lecture me publicly about how I waited so long to get my service done. "Don't do that again" he said. Okay. Fine. I let it go a little bit long but was a public lecture the most professional way to address that with me? He told me if I did it again Toyota wouldn't cover my warranty or free service anymore. Okay. Feeling embarrassed I let him get off his soap box. He then tells me now 41 minutes into this wait that they were just starting my service. Just now. Over 40 minutes into my scheduled service. Now I'm frustrated. So I waited the next 45 minutes for the service to finish and my name gets called to check out and this dude starts with "so as we discussed earlier..." and proceeds to lecture me again in front of new people. Awesome. Also it turns out that was my last free service anyways so it was a moot point. And thanks god because now I don't have a reason to go back here. That was enough to say I will not be giving these people any more of my business. Not to buy a car, not to have service done, not to use their bathrooms even. Listen guys it's time to face the facts. This many people can't be wrong. You guys just plain suck now. Sorry but I'm not in the minority here. It's not worth having a tech lecture me like I'm 16 about an oil change. There is a reason all the small shops are edging you out. They're just better than you. Also the car wash is silly. You get what you pay for I guess (it's free with a service). It's akin to a lemonade stand on a winter day. Yeah it's lemonade but there's better choices.

I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from these jokers. Test drove and decided to buy a vehicle. I was then told I'd need to pay cash on the spot to buy the vehicle as paradoxically they don't take deposits of any sort, such that a customer has a reasonable opportunity to bring payment while the vehicle was reserved for the customer trying to complete the purchase. Rather (in the case of a cash sale) only a bank check made out to them for the exact amount was acceptable as payment. What?! I didn't have a bank check at that instant made out in the exact (just calculated) amount to the dealership in my pocket. Well banks are generally closed in the evening so I intended to bring a bank check the next morning but was then told another customer was looking at the same vehicle, intending to finance the purchase so in this case no scrambling to obtain a bank check was needed. The vehicle was sold out from under me to the other customer even though I was trying to place a deposit on it the previous day such that I could complete a purchase in good faith. This is a beyond ridiculous customer engagement model and negative (if not outright hostile) customer treatment.A dealership employee trying to justify this conduct, stated the establishment is on shaky financial ground and this paniced approach (give me the money now or I sell to the next customer who stumbles in the door) was somehow a last gasp attempt for survival of the dealership. In retrospect I suppose it is fortunate I walked away free of any customer association with that flailing operation. But even if it does manage to momentarily survive, its sold-soul behavior will likely have it titanic anyway. Apparently this is a general customer concern as well -- it was underscored the certified 5-year warranty of this vehicle was backed by Allstate should the dealership evaporate during the warranty period. Guess I should have read the writing on the wall. Anyway if you seek spectacularly incompetent customer treatment from a struggling dealer, this is the place for you. For everyone else, spare yourself the aggravation and pass these clowns by on your way to the next Toyota dealer.Edit: another dealer self-inflicted embarrassment worth sharing: This vehicle had a rock hole in the windshield which was already radially spider web cracking. Obvious to anyone yet the sales guy was trying to dismiss it as a non-issue. I asked it be repaired as a safety issue, and the fact the windshield would otherwise split in a few weeks of driving. His manager wanted me to buy the vehicle that day and have the windshield repaired myself, whereupon I'd send them the bill. What?! I suppose that's what transpires at the end of the month when the Three Stooges of Toyota dealerships is desperately trying to stay afloat.

So the picture is the roof of our 2015 Toyota RAV4. This isn't even the worst example you can find online. It's a known paint issue, Toyota corporate admitted it rather than wait for the class action lawsuit. They put a program in place to address it. And has made it really, really painful for the customer to utilize it.We took our car to toyota of keene / Fenton family dealership to have it corrected. As of the time of this review, that was about two months ago. Since then we have made multiple calls to the dealership, multiple calls to toyota corporate brand experience reps, spent several hours just making round trips to the dealership for photos to get it processed. The service department doesn't want to call us, and only does after we call the corporate office who then calls them. They're frustrated, I get it, but "your car has peeling paint, but it still runs, right?" As said by the service manager handling my case to me isn't really the right approach. We were treated as an inconvenience. And the problem is not only still unresolved, there is no sense of when or if they will be able to resolve it. A cosmetic issue, very obvious, and admitted as the corporation's responsibility. So we are done with Toyota as a brand now after owning 5 of them. We won't be using Fenton family dealerships for any other brands because out of all the ways this case could have been handled , we got a lengthy and time wasting runaround when they could have just said "this will take us six months or more to handle properly", and we would have pursued other options or at least had expectations set appropriately. We wouldn't have been a customer... but better not a customer at all than a very unhappy one. If you choose to go here anyhow, I sincerely hope your experience with Toyota and Fenton family dealerships is better than ours.

Best car buying experience ever.I hate car shopping. Mostly because of the usual vampires type car salesman you have to deal with out there. You don't have to worry about that at Toyota of KeeneI have bought a lot of new and used vehicles over the last 40+ years. For myself, my wife and our 3 children.I can honestly say the sales and finance departments at Toyota of Keene where the best I've ever worked with.Honest no BS game playing foolishness you get at other/most dealerships...Just up front, clear talking professionalism that's so unfortunately uncommon these days.

I wish I could give zero stars. Please give me a couple minutes of your time. I'd suggest you find public transportation or walk before doing business here. I was in pursuit of a specific ride and I found it here. This one was priced at 25k and I was good with that. I jumped thru all of the hoops....filled out the info on my trade and did all of the financial paperwork online. At this point they could see I was a legitimate customer. I exchanged 4 emails and 5 phone calls to set up my meeting. I explained I'd be driving an hour and a half so I wanted to square everything away before arriving. When I get there, nobody knew anything about my appointment. They've done nothing to move the sale along. (And are kinda short and rude to me) I understand that it's hard to keep cars clean this time of year but come on. They had me make an appointment but left this filthy nasty car sitting there for me. If you know a customer is coming, maybe rinse it off and check to see if the gas light is on. Epic fail guys.

Service here is excellent! I called to schedule an appointment to make sure the car I bought in a private sale was road-worthy for a 900 mile trip. The receptionist was incredibly knowledgeable when I made the appointment. The service tech checked out my car and suggested some repairs, but advised it would make the trip. No charge! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff!
