“After a month of test driving vehicles, researching the pros and cons of different SUVs and debating which would be the best fit for my new needs, a friend suggested we go visit Larry Gilmet. I had never driven a Honda. I checked the website, saw a CR-V that I liked and decided to go check it out. From the moment we arrived our experience was top notch! Larry was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process fun! We didn't intend to buy that day. Needless to say, I loved the car, Larry and Eric were easy to work with and really provided a no pressure experience. My search was finally over. We drove home, and ended up back at the dealership a couple of hours later and drove our new 2025 Honda CR-V EXL home that day! Teagan was also great to work with. “I've generally had really bad experiences with car dealerships (see my other reviews if you're interested), so I feel that I should share when I have a really good one. I didn't even buy a vehicle from them and have only spent an hour interacting with people there, but it was refreshingly. The salesperson was friendly and plain-spoken. He already had the vehicle we were interested in gassed up, tagged, and waiting out front. The sales manager was clear and straightforward in explaining their pricing decisions. The salesperson made a point of coming outside while we were walking to our car to thank us for coming in and seemed genuinely nice even though he knew at that point we weren't buying the truck. The phone calls we received from staff confirming our appointment and following up were courteous and pleasant. I used to think these kind of interactions were standard, but nowadays they stand out as excellent compared to how a lot of places treat customers.”

Fixed it perfectly well.A few things were missed in the paid diagnostic though which was disappointing and i now have to fix it myself.Communication can be improved a lot more, takes forever to get in touch with the service advisor, does not respond promptly over emails either.A few imperfections in the service work as attached in the pictures”
