I lived here for years, first floor, absolutely loved it, neighbors are great, building is clean and secure. 10/10 recommend

Beautiful sunsets over the river. Wonderful spring and fall foliage. Usually clean except for when certain people forgot what a trash can is and leave their rubbish about.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Very nice, complex! Well maintained and a cool history! not to mention the views of the Suncook River, and conveniently located in quaint downtown Pembroke. short ride to Rt 93, Manchester and Concord!
