Justin and his team got us in quickly when we need an expedited repair. They communicated with us throughout the repair. Justin went above and beyond to meet the requirements of our warranty company by contacting them numerous times. We have been going to VIP in Stratham for several years and this is the quality service we receive every time.

Had a great experience today with VIP in Stratham, NH. I went in for a State Inspection (took about an hour). Friendly and helpful staff; great waiting room with comfortable seating, free coffee, power outlets for laptops and charging, and clean bathrooms; and an overall well-designed and clean store.
The inspection went great and I'll be going back for other services. Thanks VIP!

I have been going to VIP in Stratham for my state inspections for years… Always great service and friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. There is a nice waiting area with coffee machine if you don’t need anything at CVS, that’s in the same plaza.

I absolutely love getting our oil changes at VIP. They have the best deals if you're lucky enough to buy one of their coupon books. I've been getting them for the past 3 years and it's been so helpful for my car and my kids' cars because they also include deals for state inspection stickers and discounts on brakes and tires. Plus their waiting room is so convenient to get work done, while waiting for my vehicle to be ready. I 100% recommend VIP Tires & Services!!

This place is a logistical nightmare! The management is at each other's throats attempting to mutiny one another. Jc the ASM is planning to over throw Justin the SM over his affair with the marketing lady because he is not getting what he wants. The entire vibe in the environment is off putting due to anger. Jc is offering specific customers his labor pricing of $50 per hour and not following through, including myself. Good luck to you all! It's a shame I wasted $ here. I never even left with a quote for the work I needed because, "hush hush $50 an hour labor rate, I'll get you a quote later." He even printed out a list of the things my car needed for himself! I have a witness to this! Now my car sits in my driveway.
I am now receiving threatening voicemails from Jc's personal phone number while on the clock. I would like to speak with a corporate manager.

As a Vet, I cannot say enough about my VIP experiences. At my recent visit, Rob was so helpful in having my car oil changed and tires rotated, but the best part was the paperwork I received detailing all of the work that was done and recommendations for car update. Many thanks VIP!

We went in to get new tires, and were very happy with the service provided. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We are leaving with new tires, an oil and filter change, and state inspection. Great one stop shop!

Tried to get a tire repaired (or replaced), but the front desk person at the desk this afternoon was not interested or helpful. Had chosen VIP BECAUSE of its high ratings on google. I’m disappointed to have to leave such a negative review. Was hoping for some help with a problem.
Future customers: make sure to sort google reviews to show newest first.

Always quick, professional, and friendly service! I never go anywhere else. I've been several times with major issues, small issues, and regular maintenance over 3 different vehicles, and they always get it handled and get me back on the road.
