Very professional staff, and good amount of open space (in case you need to do last-minute label and card writing).

Clerk no.9 was very rude and tried to tell me that I couldn’t ship my prepaid EBay envelope without a surcharge or the person who receives it will get postage due. She obviously needs more training and also with her customer service. Package fit all the requirements and was purchased specifically through EBay for this purpose. Package was 5”x7”x1/4” and weighed 2 oz. Clerk was very very rude as well. Stay away from here! I subsequently went to Durham Post Office without a problem.

Excellent service and personal attention over the last 7 years. A real home-town public service. Patricia is there for all of us!! Super parking for handicap and all others.

Every time I come here I have a terrible experience. There is a lady in her 50-60s that is incredibly rude and dismissive, and I see other reviews agree. They never even acknowledge when I walk in, I usually have to say hello to them myself. They let people fill out their paperwork at the cash register, when others are waiting for more simple transactions. The last time I went was my last straw, I will drive to Exeter even if it’s out of the way just due to the customer service alone. I was returning a package and at the end of the transaction I was about to leave and realized I hadn’t received tracking info. I asked the woman (different woman, blonde maybe in her 40-50s) if I could get this info and she said “oh you didn’t seem like you would’ve wanted tracking” ???? Not once was I offered tracking info so I’m not sure what lead her to that conclusion other than I’m young? Maybe because I’m blonde? It was ridiculous and I would’ve left without tracking if I hadn’t advocated for myself. Don’t waste your time and go to Epping or Exeter.

Wished I'd taken a photo of the perfect New England post office with its white clapboard and tidy look. Stratham's a small town so Phil knew customers leaving the post office and a postal worker just filling in from another station. It was a little surreal. My mail got to upstate New York in time; I'm convinced the stop here did the trick.

My house doesn't have a mailbox and I discussed that with the lady the last time i told her I'd be back to buy a p.o box cause I'm due for my packages. They didnt hold my package for me and just sent it back I've been trying to get ahold of them and no real person answers the phone not many options either very very stressful dealing with this!

I have had multiple bad experiences here. There is one woman who is repeatedly rude to customers. The office lost 3 of my packages and when I talked to the lady at the front, she seemed extremely annoyed having to help me with this issue. Not only have I experienced this uncalled rudeness, but I have talked to others who have said the same-about the same lady! I refuse to go back to this one.

COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR RUDENESS. Some of us don't ship things every single day and are ignorant to the ways of the almighty postal service. Id like to hear from a supervisor but can't reach anyone. I'm embarrassed for you.

We have a mail house. I've lived her a year and it seems there have been three miss deliveries since May 2016. Every time the regular mail carrier is off the sub makes a mistake. I went away and the daymy mail was supposed to be delivered it was not delivered and I went to the post office to pick it up the next day. I had a parcel delivered, the key went to a neighbor's mailbox instead of into my box and thirdly I just received my mail from my next door neighbor it went to his mailbox. he was happy nice enough to knock on my door and deliver it to me personally

The older woman in her 50s was very rude and was mad I came in at the last min to ship a few things around Xmas. Come on you get a pension and better pay then most and your mad about someone coming in to ship something.

The most polite post office I have ever called, normally whomever answers is grumpy and offish but they were very helpful, patient and professional.
