Awesome boots , so comfortable and practical ,very nice cut, I like how its not too tight round the toes side..I started to enjoy more walks in the countryside since I got them :)I also like the waterproof spray ,it helps in UK climate. .I usually use gel foot pads to adjust the size , the last boot I had lasted 10 years with good after care.Great products and customer service . .they generously made it possible to buy in 3 payments and I got discount and Many other benefits from registering to join the online community website. Thanks alot ?

If you want to order boots online and pay $20 for 2 day priority shipping only to receive them 8 f%#kng days later. Which is longer than ground shipping which is free. Then timberland is the company to order from. Even more so if you don't want to be able to get a refund on the amount you paid for shipping. Horrible service. This is after ordering same order a week a before this order. Only to realize it never processed on timberlands end. Great Jon with your online part of your business.

Ordered boots from your website. Received a pair with a rip. Representative said they would overnight a pair without a rip and refunded me instead. Having to contact their support three times for this is ridiculous. I wanted my boots. Don't plan on ever buying from them again.

Complete and utter lack of customer service. I have sent numerous messages and emails regarding a pair of Timberland shoes that have cut so badly into my ankles that I am unable to wear them. Going on day 11 with no reply from Timberland CS even though they said they would be reaching out to me within 24-48 hours. How does a company in this day and age get away with treating their customers so poorly?

I recently purchased a pair of Timberland work boots to add to my collection for $170.00. For some reason, this latest pair was a disaster. After contacting their customer service rep who was totally clueless, I was told that since I wore the boot one time that it could not be returned. I made a formal complaint with the BBB and instead of trying to make it right, Timberland pulled a "Karen" move and tried to turn the situation on me. Never again will I purchase from Timberland in store on online. Read the fine print before you proceed, they do not stand by their product.

I received these Timberland boots for xmas. Right boot did not fit well (don't usually have this issue). Mislabeled size? Not sure but I sent them back with the intention of purchasing another pair in a store where I could try them on. Timberland sent then back to me saying they were worn.Yes, tried to see if I could deal with strange size. Wore them once. So disappointed. Almost $200 down the drain. I WILL NOT BE BUYING TIMBERLANDS AGAIN.

Dear Timberland, They say breaking up is hard to do, especially when we've been together for decades. After years of devotion to you, countless numbers of shoes, boots, jackets and shirts; I found myself more committed to our relationship than you were. I was so committed to our relationship that I often purchased more than four pairs of boots and shoes at a time. This would allow me to take advantage of a good sale and have a new pair of shoes or boots in reserve. In fact I don't think it's unusual for a person to purchase several pairs at a time. What I did find unusual was getting a new pair of boots out of the closest and in less than two weeks having them fall apart. Not only did the soles come unglued, so did the uppers, on both nonetheless! I went back to the Timberland store and they told me they don't handle in store warranties, but if I were to fill out a form, they will send it in for me. Within two weeks I received a box with my old boots with a note from Alex (Timberland Customer Service) explaining why the "damaged" product isn't covered under warranty. From my point of view a boot that falls apart within two weeks of wearing is Defective, not damaged. Timberland, we are breaking up, there is a new boot in my life, well actually two. Both Danner Mountain Light II and Merrell Wilderness, both do a better job of meeting my needs. These are needs I didn't know I had, until I found out you couldn't perform. When I really needed you, instead of rising to the occasion, you just fell apart, on boot quality and customer satisfaction.
