They are very accommodating to my schedule and offer good advice for my car.

I SO appreciate Todd for fitting me in after getting a flat tire over the weekend. Not only that, but my tire protection plan covered my tire that could not be fixed and it was in stock. Not only that but the mechanics were able to do a state inspection and oil change saving me an additional trip. With Todd and his team it is always "a great day at Sullivan Tire." Thanks everyone!

Todd was very helpful in processing my Goodyear warranty claim. Now, have a new set of Weatherready 2 tires to replace the crap Dunlops that came on my 24 Rogue.

Excellent service. Needed a new set of tires after breaking down on the highway. Graciously accommodated me within an hour of closing and stayed late to fulfill all service needs. Saved my vacation! Highly recommend.

Todd and crew are truly what an automotive community should be. First time in, felt comfortable through the entire process. After a few years and taking 7 different vehicles there from older ones needing serious help to a brand new truck for oil changes and tire rotation, I’ve had consistency, honesty, and confidence with my service work. I woke up to a car that wouldn't start and when I called in a panic the employee I spoke to was so wonderful and did his best to squeeze me into a fully scheduled day. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in the same day, and Todd added a coupon on to my bill before he even called me to tell me the cost. I've been to several other garages in the past, including other Sullivan stores, and I stick with the Stratham location because they're also so wonderfully kind and they do great work. As long as I live in New Hampshire I won't go anywhere else. Thanks for making my stressful day so much easier.

Great customer service but, I went in for an estimate on swapping over some tires and they too like many others aren't installing used tires anymore but, they will for $150!! ?? That's crazy money to swap over four tires!
