Cameron was energetic, engaging, and effective, both in helping me process the toner recycles that I brought in, and in quickly recognizing that she'd serve me best and most efficiently by asking her coworker, Derek, to undertake my other concern, which was a monitor's return. Derek was outstanding, patiently and persistently drilling down through the aftermath of my possessing neither a receipt nor more than a vague recollection of when I'd made my purchase. He was very inventive and improvisational in pursuing various electronic paths of investigation, ultimately ascertaining what I'd purchased, and when! My compliments both to Derek and to Cameron, and indeed to Staples for wisely taking on such kind, patient, and innovative, problem-solvers as Partners. They were relentlessly kind and helpful. Grateful thanks.
