They are the best! I went in this morning as soon as they opened. The gentleman working was awesome. I was a little more clueless than usual. He was so patient and helpful. Guided me through canceling my original returns so that I could process through them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The person behind the counter is so condescending it is beyond rude. I was actually thanking her for the information while I was leaving and she was very rudely said, as I was walking out the door, "well we can't do anything". I was so stunned I literally turned around and said "I was thanking you for your information".

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in awhile. The rude redhead female would not let me get one word out to describe my issue returning an Amazon item. I completely understood they could not scan a QR code, however, she told me I never started the return, which I did. I was simple showing her proof I did start the return, but she repeated about 10 times “nothing she can do with an email”Very rude, impatient and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t give these people a dime.

The woman behind the counter was clearly aggravated at the fact that I had to ship 15 individual items to different locations. She had spelt a name wrong so I corrected her which was clearly a mistake on my part. Then she put their first name in the with the last name field so I pointed that out and she snapped back at me that she was handling it and will correct it. I was trying to help and also to make sure it was delivered to the right place. Horrible customer service from her.

I've been using the iPostal1 internet mail service at this Postal Center USA location for almost two years & the experience is always fantastic—this is on one of my favorite businesses full-stop. All the employees, and John especially, are courteous, knowledgeable, and—as another reviewer put it—a "powerhouse of efficiency," so true! When I make a mistake on the iPostal1 website and accidentally mark something important (like a check or new credit card) for "discard," they politely email me and ask if I'm sure I want to do that & then quickly resolve the mistake I made, without charging me. It's always easy, and the common-sense above & beyond white glove service gives me the confidence to continue using iPostal1. They've saved me a lot of money and headaches correcting my mistakes. Picking up packages is always hassle-free/painless, even if I'm not able to schedule a pick up date in time (note: the iPostal1 website has corrected a problem where you couldn't schedule same-day pick up, so that's not an issue anymore). They have NEVER made a mistake with the hundreds of mail items and many packages. John has helped me move large/heavy boxes into my car, provides me with advice re the iPostal1 service, and the other employees have also helped me with dollies & rounded up bunches of packages, when they really didn't have to. This place is a pillar of my business and personal life, can't recommend them more.

Smells horrible in there all year long, but know that I saved 60.00 today by taking the same pkg, no changes, to the post office. Hmmm. I don’t mind paying a little extra- but that was smelling worse than the store usually smells.

Fantastic service! Most convenient way to send packages ever! Just walk in with your parcel and they'll find the right shipping box for it. Friendly staff as well.
