Ugh omg. Feel like a fool writing a review of a bank, but seriously don't bank with these guys. I had been a customer for 12 years back to when it was owned by Optima, but ever since its switched over the customer service has been a disaster. You won't be notified about whats going on with your account and they are unable to provide any sort of reliable fraud detection.

Not sure how the two reviews below can be accurate consider Cambridge Trust only just bought out Optima... So far the transition has been very poor. Their website isn't working properly nor has it been updated in timely fashion. No one is ever available to speak by phone, but instead calls are re-routed to call center. Even email concerns are not answered. Very disappointed and looking for new bank!

The bank called me this morning to alert me to a deposit problem with one of my business accounts I have with them. Jennifer, after speaking with me took the time to investigate. It was a remote deposit issue in the end that didn't show the deposits in the account. Jennifer even offered to drive to my business (15 minutes away) to pick up the checks in question. This is what great business banking is all about. Optima Bank & Trust does this on so many level everyday. Customers and customers service is obviously their top priority. They are like a business partner and I have never said that about a bank!
