KRB Company exceeded our expectations in every way with our kitchen remodel and the renovation of our 3-season porch. They completed the project on time and within the agreed budget, showing extraordinary patience and attention during the initial design phase. Once work began, the crew was courteous, considerate and truly became like family to us. Any requests we made for slight modifications were met with a positive, can-do attitude and remarkable flexibility. The final result is stunning and we could not be happier. We recommend KRB to anyone considering a high quality home renovation project. Their professionalism and commitment make them a standout choice.

Kevin and Carrie and their entire team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I am living in my dream home now that we have completed a full first floor remodel and remodel of all the bathrooms. From the first meeting to the last where they were taking pictures of the finished project, I enjoyed every interaction. I came with ideas and pictures torn from magazines, and together, we created something extraordinary! When people walk into my home, they say, "WOW!" and "I love the vibe of your home." Kevin's experience led the way with certain features like moving from my dream gas range to induction (which I love!), a super powerful vent that takes every cooking smell right out of the house, to a great last-minute idea for the mudroom/entryway that added another WOW factor to that room. Carrie was fantastic in helping me to pick tile, cabinets, and flooring and feel confident that it would all flow to create the ambiance I was going for - a coastal beach house vibe. She encouraged me to be bold with some tile choices when I was going to play it safe, and I'm so happy for her encouragement. The bolder tiles make my kitchen pop and really give it that extra wow. Kevin said my project would be 15 weeks, and it was 15 weeks. Kevin said my project total would be "X," and it was "X." I moved out for this remodel, so being on time and on budget was very important, and he was a man of his word on both counts. The KRB staff was also amazing! They had to come back to tweak things and help me learn about my new home, but no one ever said no. In fact, it was just the opposite. They came quickly and were eager to make sure I was happy. This was a major remodel, and I invested a lot of money, a lot could have gone wrong, but instead it all went right and even better!! When I decided to change my flooring once they ripped my home down to the studs, Kevin didn't panic. He wanted me to be happy and he and Carrie helped me find the flooring I wanted. Even with this last-minute change, it didn't set the project back from completion but for a couple of days because the flooring guy powered through for us. How many people can say they want to be friends with their contractor after a major project like this? Not too many, but I 100% want to be friends with Kevin and Carrie for years to come. In fact, we are already talking about our next project -an outdoor kitchen. If you are looking for a GREAT experience with people who genuinely care and do what they say with the highest of integrity, I highly recommend you stop in and meet the Roy's. I'm so glad I did. Every time I walk into my home, I am filled with so much gratitude for the life I am blessed to live. From dreaming about the details to now living in that home, I can honestly say that I am LIVING MY DREAM. THANK YOU so much, Kevin and Carrie and the KRB Staff.

I contacted KRB because I was in desperate need of a functional kitchen. My home was built in 1974 and its cabinets were old and dilapidated. I couldn't entertain because the open space in the middle of my kitchen was wasted and left people standing against the very little counter space I had. And there was just not enough storage. Just not practical.
KRB addressed EVERY issue effectively AND in a cost-effective manner! They were professional, and pleasant! It was such an amazing experience getting to be a part of the entire process along the way and KNOW that I was getting a quality renovation.
Everybody involved was courteous and professional. I was expecting a time frame of 8-12 weeks, and was sure it would be 12 or more. They finished in 8 weeks and I was overjoyed that everything was exactly how I wanted and expected it to be! TOP KNOTCH professionalism and quality! HIGHLY recommend!

KRB started my first floor remodel Tuesday, major change, taking out walls and floo
I was prepared for the worse and I am pleasantly surprised… the team is efficient, hard working, concentrated and well managed. Communications is extraordinary both in person and via their powerful online portal. They clean up every night giving us access to that part of the house.
KBR has been fabulous - starting from our designer Meagan Miller who listened to our ideas and produced a perfect design to our construction leader Keith and finally our on site project manager Erika and his team!

We chose KRB to remodel our ensuite bathroom and they have also remodeled several other spaces in our current home and previous home. Each member of the team is respectful, and professional. We will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects that we may have.

Everyone we worked with at KRB was professional, prompt, and always available to answer any questions we had. The attention to detail was impressive, from the custom cabinetry to the perfect tile choices, and glamorous lighting. We chose KRB based on their excellent reviews and beautiful profile.Our project was to take our existing galley kitchen and join the adjacent family room to create a stylish new and open space with 100% new everything. When we first met with our designer, I felt confident we were going to love everything about our new kitchen including the process. We were assured it was well organized and hassle-free. Well, after the third (I think) time they came out, this time to assess a wall that would have to be removed, they couldn't figure out if it was load-bearing and said they would call within the next couple of weeks and bring a structural engineer to further assess the wall. Well, that was the last time we heard from anyone at KRB. They had our emails, our physical address, and our phone numbers and we received zero follow-up. At this point, they had a 15K deposit to accomplish 4 things so that we could go to contract. Of course we had the option to call and find out why we had been forgotten, but the idea that we were already having problems gave us pause. We weren't interested in chasing a company and no longer felt they were reliable enough to complete such a large project. I'm sure others have been very happy based on the reviews, and I'm still stumped as to what exactly took place, but it doesn't really matter. Sadly, we lost a good bit of money and received nothing at all so I would never recommend them.

Fantastic experience start to finish. KRB's professional team took our vision and created a flawless bathroom renovation, completely transforming the existing space. Every member of the team was professional, and responsive to our needs. We couldn't be more satisfied with our new space.

Working with KRB was a dream. It was stress free and exactly what we wanted from the beginning. We had spoken to several other KRB clients so we went into this project pretty confident about our design/build choice. Working with the owner, Kevin Roy, was above and beyond our expectations. From our initial visit to the KRB showroom where we saw we could basically sit in one room and make all our selections, through his thorough site visit, through the design, rip-out and complete renovation of our 1994 kitchen, he and his team were stellar. Kevin used to be a builder himself so the fact he has such an incredible eye for design and colors as well makes KRB the only choice you have to make. As soon as you choose the style and color of cabinets, Kevin brings six countertop options to the table. You can choose something completely different, but he will give you the top six from a design perspective. After that, he brings to the table the likely cabinet hardware - BOOM! Then he takes you to the flooring room where there are hundreds of choices, overwhelming really, but again, he pulls out some strong candidates. After that, the real work begins and over the course of the project, KRB's crew became like brothers to us. When we had issues with Portsmouth inspectors (don't get me started on them!), Kevin and Keith Watson found solutions - we had a couple of gnarly challenges that were unforeseen because they were behind walls and above ceilings, but they figured it out. At the end of all this, we have a gorgeous kitchen that is not only fun to cook and entertain in, but it's fun to clean up! I know, right? Who's ever loved cleaning up after a dinner party?
