“We had a large space above our garage turned into a beautiful guest suite - Colleen did our space planning and helped us pick out some quality furniture pieces. Colleen’s design pizazz and space planning made our suite amazing. She worked extra hard with the builder to convince him to create an entrance to our space in the place I wanted vs the easier entrance point. She went above and beyond to make us happy with the finished project. She know everything from required zoning, and rules about placement of stairs and walls and room specifications! “About ten years ago I purchased a custom slip-covered couch at their store. I love my couch, but when we moved three years ago the slipcover did not match my new home. Cassie at Coastal Furniture found me a new swatch of fabric in the perfect color and ordered me a new slipcover from the manufacturer. It arrived within the designated time and my couch looks fantastic in my new home. Now, three years later (and ten since I originally purchased the couch) the two bottom cushions are feeling a bit flat (no wonder after ten years of daily use). I called Cassie and she quickly ordered two new couch cushions for me from the original manufacturer. The customer service I have received has been excellent. I highly recommend Coastal furniture, both for the quality furniture and interesting decor items for your home.”

A couple of weeks ago, I had gone into this Target location because I was having trouble with my receipt being recognised by the Target app/website since the receipt hadn't printed properly from my trip prior. After speaking to multiple online associates, I had no choice but to go back to the store in person to try to sort the problem out. The first employee I spoke to did not try to remedy the situation at all; she didn't bother to even try. I returned later the same day and spoke to Tre who went out of his way to help resolve the situation for me. His effort was very much appreciated (especially after the discouraging and lacklustre performance of his colleague). Thank you, Tre! Aside from that, this Target is very well stocked and satisfying to shop in. I have been able to purchase items here that I have never seen in any other Target location before. As a frequent Target customer, this location gets a thumbs up from me!”
“My husband and I woke up today with the decision that we are going to buy a new Weber grill and be prepared for next summer early!He had already gone to Ace hardware where although they were extremely nice, they unfortunately don’t take away your old grill (buzz kill).He had been to Lowe’s and Home Depot and the experience was pleasant but again they couldn’t accommodate the delivery set up and removal of the old grill.I suggested we search in the Rye and Hampton area for another place that carries Weber grills, and he was not too keen on it saying we will not find one we will just have to order it at Home Depot and figure out how to magically make the other one go away!For the heck of it I called the pool and barbecue grill store in Hampton called Bemister's.The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and said not only did they have the best prices on Weber grills but that the quality was different than the ones that they sell in the box stores which really surprised us.He went on to say that they have their own service that drops them off and sets them up but also will take away our old grill at a very reasonable price.We went down there to find an extremely gracious and knowledgeable salesperson who happens to be fourth generation in the company.By the time we left, not only were we thrilled that we made that call, but we are getting it delivered tomorrow which is a Sunday!!!I guess that’s what the old fashion “mom-and-pop” businesses do!What a change in experiences from other places and refreshing to see the classic old fashion “we care about the client” attitude still exists.They are very dog friendly, hands-on, and accommodating.6 stars!”
