I used to go here for the longest time but will no longer go here after what I had experienced. A while ago my tea cup chihuahua fell off the couch and started having seizures like tremors. I rushed her to the vet scared out of my mind. As soon as I got there all they cared about was if she had been vaccinated for rabies. Which she had but I just didn’t have her collar on her with the tag on it. They wouldn’t even acknowledge my dog until I provided proof of the rabies shot. They made me run all the way home to get it before even looking at my dog who I thought at the time was dying. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary to put a stressed out client through that considering all that matters in that moment to them is the life of their animal. Will NEVER go back here again.

Exeter Vet practice has always shown the utmost professional considerstion while caring for our dog.Today Christy gave me that added kindness and empathy to help us make a tough decision for our beloved pup of 17+ dog today.Dr Hill confirmed we made the right decision and ever so gently and empathetically helped our dog make the big leap.Thank you for always being there, calling back in timely fashion caring for us over the 5 yrs we’ve been here.Gratefully, Kaye, Richard and Poco

The care and understanding for their clients and owners is amazing. After 15 years of loyal service, we brought in one of our dogs for her final moments. The doctors and nurses could not have been more thoughtful and caring for the transition. In addition, we received a sympathy card a week later with a personalized message from the doctor. That type of follow up and commitment to pets and their owners is nothing short of incredible. Thank you all for your professionalism and humanity.

Exeter Vet has incredible and dedicated staff. Our dog had kidney issues. They were responsive, peofessional, honesf, and compassionate. When his health started to fail, Dr. Bassett took my many calls and was such a positive figure during a tough time for my family. Each of the staff show marvelous passion for their patients. Highly recommend.

If you love you animal never bring to this place, they just care when they are healthy, when they get old and sick they stop to answer live your dog sick to death, I’m having a hard time because others place don’t take a new dog and this place did care until my dog get sick.

I have taken all my pets over the years to Exeter Vet. The service is fantastic, and friendly every time I go in or call. The costs of services are always reasonable. Thank you for all the great service and advice over the years, truly appreciated.

My cat has been going to Exeter Vet for almost 17 years. She's an older kitty and has lived a happy and long live so far (a lot of thanks to the care and love the Exeter Vet has given her!). Big shout out to Dr. Basset. He's so kind and caring, especially with cats. He knows what he's talking about and really invests in making sure he's taking the right actions and precautions when it comes to understanding what her symptoms are (especially recently). He doesn't do anything that he's not confident about, and I actually think my cat enjoys going to the vet to see him! Highly recommend this practice.

Our family has been bringing our fur babies here for years. The staff is so friendly and quick to respond. I’ve been to other vets in the past and I must say I have found the one I will stick with forever. I know that when I bring in my animals that they will be in FANTASTIC care!!

Dr. Hill is amazing. She is a godsend. When my cat had UTI after UTI after UTI, Dr. Hill was there! Eventually, my sweet girl was too old to fight the good fight anymore. Dr. Hill sent me a handwritten card in the mail expressing her condolences. Dr. Hill is amazing. I trust her with my pets and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
