This place is not a good place to purchase a vehicle. They absolutely do not care about their customers at all, and seem to view them just as dollar signs. I purchased an X3M from them recently, and they delivered it at night in a dimly lit area so I wouldn't notice the copious amounts of swirls and scratches all over the vehicle. Trying to get them to fix the issue was like pulling teeth. The last straw was I was in a minor accident nearby, and contacted them for support. They could not care less, essentially told me to look elsewhere and would not help me anymore than that. In short, these are very bad people to work with. Seeing as they sell high end products I expected much better service. Take your money elsewhere!

Seems like competent dealership. Parts department was friendly and knowledgeable sales is attentive yet discrete, service very polite and professional if maybe a little understaffed (like everyone). I've only been there once but so far good place.

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at BMW of Stratham. Sovy Sun (Client Advisor) was great to say the least. Ask for her if you are looking to purchase a vehicle at this location! :-)

Bonnie Leveille was incredibly unprofessional by not responding to my requests, leading to me being unable to purchase a vehicle I had been trying to for over a week. They sell cars online but won't let you make a deposit unless you see it in person, and they don't tell you until after they accept a deposit from someone else! They use two systems to communicate with customers and don't communicate with each other after passing you off to another sales representative.

Stay away from this dealer ship who doesn't have their own body shop and will not even care about selling and or fixing your brand new 80,000 car with SWIRL MARKS THROUGH THE PAINT, I had to spend an x-tra 7,000 to fix the paint and protect my investment.

This is the only review I have ever posted online, but this place just sucks so terribly Im posting in hopes it helps someone avoid what I've gone through. Took my X5 in last year because hood was stuck. shut. Without approval, they did a computer update and some other recall items. The next day the car went ballistic, warning lights flashing, fan running constantly. Took it back to BMW Stratham, they said the battery was the problem and had to replace it. One day later, same problems were back. Took it back third time, spent more money, still wasnt fixed. Finally took it to a highly trusted BMW specialist who managed to undo all the damage BMW Stratham caused. Cost an additional $2500. Today I went in to look at a 5 series that they had that was very specific and my 328i had died so I needed a car in short order. I didn't want to go to BMW Stratham but I couldn't find another one anywhere and it is close to home so I figured I'll just buy it and never go back. Knowing who they are, I asked several times over the phone - multiple people actually - is the car available, and if so can I test drive it and take it home the next day as I needed a car. I was told come on down. I canceled a bunch of meetings and Got there this afternoon. Car could not be driven because it had not been through shop yet, but i could drive it through parking lot. So I asked to do that after looking at it. Was told well actually no it had a slashed tire and liability was too high (never did find the slash btw). Out of curiosity I asked how long would it be if I put down a deposit with right of refusal after test drive. Was told weeks, which is even more infuriating given I had asked.Just don't go there and if they pull this type of crap on you, raise hell and don't just buy another car/don't go back. Maybe they'll stop screwing with people just a little. Or lose business. Either is good.

Went to order parts on line; to confirm part#s I called and first spoke to Steve, very polite, was transferred to parts and went on forever hold. Called back reached out to parts and the employee was refusing to identify himself by name. I politely identified myself and he continued to deny his name. After a go around on polite Witt’s show, he said he was Noah.Wow! I was hoping for a good experience, but no. I think you might want to shop elsewhere. No sense of transparency. Lacked etiquette. Beware.

This review is for the parts department.Hands down the best place on the internet to buy OEM BMW parts. Best prices and no question if you're getting fake goods (like amazon)

BMW Stratham found a problem in my car that 2 other dealerships couldn't. Adam Webster was extremely helpful throughout the process. Those who complain about price need to know that a BMW is like the space shuttle. It will take you to the moon and back, but you need to spend some money to get there. And you asked for the moon

i ordered a set of wheels, received an email confirmation and my credit card was charged.when i followed up on my order i discovered that it was cancelled because they did not charge me "enough" shipping. they did not notify me, just cancelled my order.that is poor customer service!opps i didn't charge you enough so just forget it, and refund without notifying.seems more like joe's garage than a real BMW dealer.maybe BMW should read their reviews...UPDATE - 12-08-22Victor from the dealership reached out and actually fixed the problem!i am getting my wheels after all. very professional. i would have no reservations buying from them again.props to a company that stands behind their products and services.

Second service trip; both times was fortunate enough to get Matt as my Service Advisor. So pleasant to deal with (even at 8 am on a Saturday!). When diagnostic recommended immediate service, Matt questioned my driving (city vs. highway) and was honest to say the service could wait until the next service trip. Very happy with the service received.

I put a deposit to buy a CPO X5 but the salesperson would not give me a P&S or any paperwork needed to apply for a loan with my bank. There was no issue on the price if the vehicle. The salesperson was insistent that I go through the dealership for financing. I agreed provided that BMW Stratham could meet my bank's rate. The salesperson and the finance person were insistent that they would meet my bank's interest rate. They were almost a point higher and then tried to say that it was not tat much higher and I would have the convenience of not going through a bank. I decline and said I would go through my bank. At that point, they still had not given me the paperwork to apply of my loan. It appeared that they would not sell me the car. After 11 days I said that I would bo to the dealership in person to pick up the documents and then was told that the car had been incorrectly listed as A CPO and had no warranty whatsoever. I then purchased a car from another BMW dealership. The Stratham dealership continued to list the car on its website as certified preowned. It appears to be not for sale unless you finance through them.

This is a long review but it's worth reading to anyone considering bringing their cars to this poorly run dealership If you care about your car and your hard earned money that goes into maintaining your car, i don't recommend bringing your car here . Although I have only brought my car in for warranty work, my car has been back in forth in this dealerships service center for at most 3 and a half weeks . Originally I went in because I had 2 errors codes for my fuel tank vent valve and low voltage battery issues , they fixed my fuel tank vent valve but not my battery issue. My boyfriend whom actually works on BMWs for a living went into the service center with me to explain to the service advisor what was happening and what was causing it; Pawel the service advisor was telling my bf it wasn't that... mind you this guy is just a SA he doesn't even work on the cars and my bf knows these cars inside and out so my bf already had a bad impression of sketchy on this guy. He let it slide because he would've fixed it for me but since it was under warranty why not use my warranty until it expires right? Well the second time I went here they were diagnosing my car for the battery issue now, they decided my alternator was bad when my dashboard clearly states low voltage battery discharge.. so I take my car home for a day and a half... surprise my car is having rough start and battery discharge codes again. So this time I know for certain my battery is dead which all along my bf knew just decided to let the SA think he knew what he was talking about. I get in contact with the SA and told him what happened. In the meantime my boyfriend took the initiative to actually see if they had tested my battery and it was actually good. He took the battery out of my car and got it tested. Surprise, the battery is bad. This time around I'm angry, i haven't owned this car for even a full year and my battery is dead, the battery is a year old!! So I research and find BMW has a 2 yr warranty on my battery , yay good for me. But instead MY BATTERY ISNT UNDER THE WARRANTY BECAUSE BMW PAID TO REPLACE THE BATTERY BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR ! What's the point in a "2 year warranty" on a battery that a customer can't use ?? Curious to know the answer to that lol I even went to the service manager to clarify that, and in return he tells me well we might be able to give you a discount on a new battery. If you think for one minute I'm gonna buy a battery from a dealership who refused to replace my battery That clearly states 2 yr warranty on battery you have lost your mind. I got the same battery that has a 4 yr warranty elsewhere. My car runs beautifully now and with a brand new battery better then BMW oem. Never again will my car be at this dealership.

I've taken my BMW in for service and have been very happy with the service I've received. The service department provides fast, honest service. This is in contrast with my previous experience with a different dealership in another city where the service was incredibly slow (always a drop off - waiting was never an option) and appeared to be dishonest (everything was multiple thousands of $). BMW of Stratham has been a breath of fresh air.
