All the Autozones in my area are great to deal with. They do their best to help you find the parts to fix your car, which is definitely not always easy. I've been working on a 2011 honda accord exl v6 and dealing with the honda parts counter stinks. Thank goodness for Autozone.

The folks here are always very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don’t know the answer, they will do anything they can to find out a solution for you. I’ll keep coming back for this type of customer service ?

Guy suggested black magic for cleaning chrome wheels . Terrible recommendation should have purchased another brand. Just a waste of time and money. If employees don’t know the answer don’t say a thing. Let the consumer make the decision $$

After stopping at 3 other Auto Repair/Parts stores and being told "No we can't help you at all " I called the Stratham, NH store 5159 and walked in and said who I was and the store manager Abby had the rear wiper in her hand and I had it paid for, and on my car all within 2 minutes! What absolute AMAZING customer service with a SMILE as well!

My wiper blade broke in the middle of a snow storm. Abby helped make sure I got the right replacement and even put it on on the middle of the storm. Great customer service!

Janet helped diagnose my battery problems, found me the new battery I need, and even changed my battery in the freezing cold. She was super helpful, friendly, and explained every step of what she was doing. Janet didn't make me feel dumb because I don't know much about cars (which some places will do). Overall, I recommend the Stratham store, and especially Janet if you have any questions about your car. :-)

My daughter was having trouble with her car battery, we thought it was because the car wasn't being used that often that it would not start , so she went to autozone in Stratham NH . She went inside and explained the situation and a lovely store clerk named Janet came out and checked the battery , said it needed a charge and took the battery inside and tried to charge it . after about an hour. my daughter went back and Janet explained that the ba was old and would not charge and it would be best to replace it. Janet found the correct battery and installed the new one She made this a very easy event for my daughter. I can't thank her enough. We will return often to see Janet. thank you a autozone

Was on the hunt for car stuff, made several stops checking prices, left in a hurry as prices at auto zone are almost double VIP in some things. Do not recommend if you're on a budget, go someplace else

I had a very good experience at the auto zone in stratham nh. The woman and man there helped me out finding exactly what I needed! The woman installed my battery on the spot and helped me very quickly! Really saved my car today I would have been stuck! Thank you ?

Abby Pope is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help her customers out and make sure they are treated right. We had a real runaround today. Parts we needed were not in stock at the Stratham location. We were forced to go to Seabrook, where we received incorrect parts and were also wrongly told that our warranty was no longer valid. Once the project was in full swing and the truck fully disassembled, we realized their mistake. We then returned to Stratham, where Abby did all she could to ease our troubles and help correct the situation. Even if I lived in Seabrook, I would travel to Stratham just to have her service. Thank you, Abby, for caring about the work you do and making your customers feel valued. Auto zone is very lucky to have you!
