I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the staff at Women's Life Imaging. As a person who's at high risk for breast cancer, I've had multiple mammograms, a biopsy and other services here and the team is top notch. You're such an asset to our community and I'm grateful we have an alternative to driving to Portsmouth or Boston.Each time I've entered the facility, I've been treated with kindness and care. The team is knowledgeable, thorough and sensitive to the fact that patients are anxious and uncomfortable when they walk through the door. My last mammogram was quick and easy. Marsha had me in and out in 15 minutes and I received my results through the portal less than an hour later. You can't ask for a better visit.Thank you for all that you do for your patients!

Ladies BEWARE, if you don't have insurance be prepared to pay a huge difference from previous years. Just got my bill for my ten minute mammogram and what a surprise it was. Normally it's a bit over $200, this time it was $1,535.70 and that's with the discount for non insurance. I don't have insurance and never had since doing mammograms. I just normally pay the two hundred and something each visit. Since being bought out by Mass general Brigham they claim the increase fees are attributed to equipment rental charges. Very disappointed in the money grab.

I went in for an ultrasound and while waiting to have it done the nurse was very rude, threw my paper on a chair while my hand was out awaiting the paper and said the dr would be right in. The dr proceeded to be extremely unprofessional but saying I was to young to be having any serious problems after chuckling (despite having a referral) and then explained everyone had pains and they aren’t explained always and I was probably being sensitive. I felt like they weren’t treating me fairly because of my age and to laugh in a patients face/right out of their room while awaiting results is extremely unprofessional. Prior to my appointment the office broke HIPAA laws by calling my mother without my permission and informed her about my appointment, when I reached out I was told whoever it was didn’t follow protocol or update any of my information but they were very sorry…

My experiences at Women’s Life Imaging have been very positive. The staff is extremely kind and always keep the patient informed as tests are performed. Compassion and care are shown at every step. Thank you all for caring so much for your patients.

Terrible experience. My last appointment there was for a mammogram and ultrasound as a follow up after a lumpectomy. There are 2 questionable spots they're watching. The appointment was supposed to take up to 2 hours. The mammogram was about 10 minutes. The ultrasound was less than that. The ultrasound tech was very rude. She obviously did not like her job that day and it showed. I figured everyone has a bad day. I arrived for my next appointment (45 minutes away) only to find out whoever made the appointment never entered it in the computer. Of course they couldn't fit me in so I needed to reschedule. They told me I could check the patient portal before I drive there to make sure the appointment is in there! Wow. I need to find a new place to go.

I came into for a biopsy. I snapped at Christine because we were 5 minutes late. When we went in the room and apologized and explained. Nothing but love and attentiveness and hugs from her and Heather. We jammed out to the Bee Gees. What a amazing team. Girls thank you, you made my mood change.

My doctor sent referral/order April 18th. It’s now May 6th no appt yet and THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I will tell my physician to send me somewhere else. This is awful! No wonder they have poor reviews!

Referral sent to them on the 8th... today is the 24th - still no call and they do not answer their phone. I do not want a general mailbox... I want a person to schedule an appointment. I think 16 days is more than long enough to wait for a phone call. Go somewhere else!

Incompetent is the only way I can describe this practice. If they can't get the simple things right, NO ONE should expect they will get the big things right. This health check is too important to leave to such an incompetent practice. There are far better choices all over the seacoast area. Seek them out. Women deserve better treatment than this office provides. Sad that I read a review below from 3 years ago, and nothing has changed.

I think it's pretty messed up that my Dr sent the referral twice and still no call to set up an appointment for a new mass with calcification found. And when I call I get told that I can't make an appointment without a doctor's order, (even though I'm already a patient there)....but yet you have been sent it twice! My insurance must not be fancy enough!
